it still crashes everytime i try to import a video or do something... when i used filmora x it was perfect... can someone help please
I built a custom PC with $3,000 worth of components. Last week after 8 hours of editing filmora crashed and I lost all my work! After that my wife usually tells me every few minutes make sure you do a backup make sure you save make sure you save make sure you save. Today after about 6 hours of editing I saved in 45 minutes when passed then the bug Splat hit again just like last week. I don't understand as all my components on my computer or up-to-date my Ram is under 16% usage. My CPU and GPU are under 5% usage and my temperatures are around 40 degrees Celsius. It just does not make any sense on my drivers are updated. This is the only software that I have an issue with. Other than the occasional Lightroom issue that has always been an existing problem on every computer that I use
Most useless editing program ever created! I lost one hour of Editing PLUS lyric song synchronizing.... Those douchebags need to work more... I still cry about the money I paid

Go under effect tab n choose AI, drag n drop on the project on the time line. Note not above the timeline but on the picture or video itself n it's done. Try it.

I did all this but still crashing. In fact it's worse. My 20 min video used to crash at 60% (about 10 mins worth) but now it crashes at 3% 😞 HELP!

I was using Filmora 12 which was working fine, but they upgraded it automatically to Filmora 13.. which is very slow. I followed all your steps.. but still it's working very slow. What should I do now???

After my last update on Macbook air M1 i can’t open Filmora. I’m a lifetime subscriber. I deleted all and downloaded again several times even with link from Filmora support. And it still won’t open. I have send log file and a video to #Filmora support and nothing seems to help. Any ideas to make it work again?
I've been having a bit of a different issue where the footage on my track freezes visually but the audio is still playing. When I double check the original footage I recorded none of the freezing happens. Is there any reason this could be happening?

Hello, my time line has videos that have the green bar that shows when a clip is rendered or turns red when you add a text or zoom a clip. Some my MP4 clips do not have any bar at all. When I add clips, that line is usually red until render and it becomes green, these clips do not have any bar and when I play them in the time line they hiccup and it is not not smooth play, please help, how can I fix that.

Don't worry. Go to the backup folder of your Filmora project, it is inside the Wondershare folder. There will be many backup files of your project. Double click on any backup file. Your project will open. Remember that you have to open the latest backup file to recover the entire project.

You have shown to create a new folder on FREE Discspace, but you have NOT shown how to safely transport the installed effects from C Drive to the new FREE space drive. Can you comment on this, please?
