Unfortunately it is not just about money. The way our government works is if land isn't own privately it becomes government property. And to build any structure that will be used as a domicile it has to have plans drawn up then land surveyed and tested for soil composition and depending on if your building in rural or city zones they may follow other guidelines that one may not be so strict as the other. That's just the process before any work can be started because if you do something and a permit was not issued they have the authority to have whatever was redone on your own dime. Then about getting the material like these guys which bamboo which grows quick and used for 90% of their villas. We have trees that are protected in some areas and we are not allowed to just buy some land and use the resources that we cleared without some government entity having their cut handed up to them. We can all complain about how it's each presidents fault and take sides of a favorite political ideal but we are the only ones to blame. We allow everything to be the way it is so we can sit back and enjoy watching Netflix and follow seasons of sports that do nothing but show how we are obsessed with being better than the man next to us. Everyone always says socialism can't work it has been tried and fails but they only repeat what they heard their puppet master tell them and can't see the reason it fails is because the people are the ones that make it fail for not embracing the true tenets of socialism. It's not about being better than that person next to you It's about making each other better by working with and for each other as one. We are a wasteful nation of gluttonous entitled cattle that are just along for the slaughter while the farmer herds us into our respective cages while profiting off of the hard work of the poor and the taxes of the middle. Churches keep you all in check and in belief that don't worry end times are coming and those evil men will be judged so you those that believe are content with just sticking it out till Jesus comes every decade. All while building million dollar mega churches and jets and jewelry and extravagant mansions on 50 acres of land they pay immigrants less than minimum wage under the table because we don't need immigrants unless they can work without a benefit and having to pay the cost to do business that cuts profit. I'm still waiting for the real Americans to stand up and declare the people who stormed into our nations capital and without remorse were proud about being so called true American patriots but no one sees it as treason and domestic terrorism which is right there in that same document and amendment that they keep declaring they will not give up but can't see the hypocrisy in their own actions. They were that domestic threat that didn't get them killed because good people without guns aren't worried about dummies with guns were worried about radicals like them having guns they are no better than the taliban. 45 days in jail is what was given to them. States drug offenders get triple that on first strike but treason and terrorism isn't that big of a deal unless you have melanin in your skin.
