I'm shit at pvp but have a wierd nack for breaking games occasionally.. 4:04 you mentioned specing with the ring you can get 6-8 specs off in a fight.. doing normal pvm, I noticed that the level 9 prayer "Rapid Restore" actually doubles the rate that your special attack regenerates.. which turned specing 6-7/~11 gwd generals, into closer to 9-10/~11 gwd generals.. Idk exactly how the ring works, but i think you could use the 2 powers together to make some beautifully clean kills.. If it works as a legitimate strat, I would love to see you make a video out of it so I can see how devastating it actually is! Thank you for the amazing content my guy!

Doesnt protect only work the tick after it is activated in pvp? Ive seen ppl hit 71 ags the same tick protect melee went up
No, protect has to be on the moment the opponent gets the xp drop / initiates the attack. When you see the hitsplat land high "through" protect, it means the attacker didnt have pid, but the pray was wrong when the attack happened
