காரசாரமான பொடி இட்லி எப்படி செய்வது? | Idli podi + Podi idli recipe by Chef Sunder

This video we show how to make perfect spicy Idli powder for making podi idli or mini idli. This spicy snack is also called mini idli. There are simple things that you can follow to make the spicy idli podi. and by using that, we'll make the podi idli or mini idli. We are using both Idhayam sesame oil and groundnut oil for this dish.
There are 3 stages for this recipe
Step 1: Making idli podi
Step 2: Making of mini idli
step 3: Making of Podi idli
Here are the ingredients for this dish
Podi idli
Idhayam Sesame oil - 3 tsp
Idhayam groundnut oil - 2 tbsp
Asafoetida - a few small pieces
Bengal gram - 1 cup
Urad dhal - 1 cup
Dry red chilli - 100 gms
Garlic - 20 cloves
Idhayam Sambandhi White sesame seeds - ½ cup
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
