In the District of Fleetburn, there were two people called Lily and Waymore. Somehow, Mr. Ralston had a diabolical plan to kill both of them because they love each other. Meanwhile, Mr. Ralston has pirated a lot of specimen samples; he wants to raise millions of monsters and kill the two lovers.
A rise in rumors about Mr. Ralston made Lily want to arrest him. Scientists believe that they've invented powerful bacteria that can make Lily strong; too much bacteria can actually kill her.
Previously, Mr. Ralston having serious emotional issues because he's addicted to pregabalin. For his hate crime, he will wipe out the meaning of love.
