- GeminiTay is the Queen of the Empires SMP Server! Today I work a little more around my little medieval village, adding some details and meeting with friends. Holding the crown for this long has become a burden however, and soon I find myself feeling unsteady and wishing to give it away to the next person.

Gem’s noises of exasperation at seeing the Best Buds wall in Tumbletown was perfect.

the crown really shows how different empires 1 and empires 2 gem is.. wizard gem dislikes the idea of getting the crown, meanwhile princess gem stole it for fun 😂

I love this! Crown paranoia, different reasons each time it gets passed on, this story is so fun! And I always love detailing like using rose bushes as berry vines!

For some reason gem wasnt hitting katherine as much as the others and was mostly weaving so i have a huntch that this was planned but its just a hunch
Pretty sure it was to stay in line with the lore of Katherine being a secret monster slayer.
Gem is definitely in her SLAY era and I love it.
I love how different your elven self and princess self are so different, you just brutally murdered everyone on hermit craft and have a completly different life in empires!

It looks like Gem wanted to give the crown to Katherine, but in a duel so it doesn't look like she gave the crown away (and to make Katherine look cool).
Loving your GeminiSlay arc! Katherine winning makes sense, she is supposed to be a warrior princess after all.

I’ve realized Jimmy has an advantage in pvp because it’s harder to see where he is
I can SO picture sweet little Gem pulling out a sword and holding it with both hands, and the crossbow fully loaded with explosives and Sausage jumping back! Oh, I bet animatics will be made with those scenes, and they'll be incredible.

They do seem to both have a penchant of flying around at low health.
They actually use roses in vineyards irl:

Jimmy was Killed by magic, pix withered away which I think is magic.
S1 Scott's crown was stolen, same with S2 Scott just a different person stealing it.
Joel gave away the crown in a contest, gem just gave away her crown in a contest albeit a different kind of contest.
Makes me worried for Katherine's villagers considering her maybe curse and how Lizzie lost her crown in season 1

This might be a weird theory. Its been a long time so i don’t remember but I’m pretty sure the crown is for s1 empires SMP, right? So what if, when s1 was ending, xornoth did something to the crown, so whenever they fought for the crown in s2, they’ll be affected in someway. And the storyline continues into something we may or may not expect? You never know! 😊
By being affected in someway, i meant like how pix was affected by withering, scott was affected by carelessness and was affected by paranoia.
I feel like Gem wasn't trying to beat Katherine, she just let her have the crown
