I have almost identical stats(but i used 2 frost and the 2 new piece set) and i make my upgrade my taoqi to urs level and weapon too xD but somehow my damage is only around 40+k instead of 50+k like ur initial resonance liberation...the only different is my resonance liberation is lvl 8 and urs is 9, is it that big of a differnet? please enlighten me T^T
Ye, the talent level maybe the thing for real, talents sclaings are so good in wuwa, also the 2 piece can be a factor too because a full set is better than 2 piece sets

Wow! I got lucky and got S1 Carlota, but am not sure whether to get her weapon or not since I already have static mist and it's synergy is only with Chixia. I also don't have Zhezi.
Lost my 50/50 as usual got carlotta at soft pity with 140 pulls, the weapon is only lucky thing that happened in my account till this day with only 21 pulls for it
Should i pull for because i want to save for jinshi and her unique weapon I am f2p and no asterites as of now And on the character banner i have a pity of 65 but also a chance of losing 50 50 Please tell
If you really really want Jinshi then wait, or if you just want strong dps then pull.... I really wanted Jinshi+her weapon Had 600 ish saved But I pulled carlotta with my pity and gurantee and got her in 20 pulls(slightly early)...now If I lose 50/50 in Jinshi Banner,I will be getting neither Jinshi nor Her weapon 😆 also even if I win...I will probably have to cope with lustrous razor...but ask yourself what you want. Still hoping to get her....you will probably get maximum 140+ premium pulls in this patch, keep that in mind
don't ever consider tier lists , damage numbers or who's better or best . just pull for the character you want to play and keep in mind that if you have the character's synergy like if u pull jinhsi, u already have one of her synergy yuanwu as for Carlotta she synergizes with taoqi , lumi and zhezhi (if u have her)
I can say carlotta is more like a glacio jinhsi but more fun and slightly better, so it's bound to what you really like from both, they even need the same teams pretty much
