I've had this setup for several years and it works very well. Waiting for a warm/hot day is best as you will get wet and dirty. The addition of the vest allows for the extended wand to connect and relieves the strain on your back and arms. It's like holding onto a very long fishing pole. A good workout, but a great feeling when completed. Thanks for the video.

They make 18 and 24 foot telescopic pressure washer extensions… they’re all over Amazon.

I was about to order a Mr. Long Arm when I remembered...I already own one... It had a leaf grabber attachment on it (not a fan of this, btw).
So I ordered this twin jet and tried your method after several other frustrating methods and now all my gutters are clear and I didn't have to climb a single ladder! So thanks for the idea.
I will say in my case that my gutters were so impacted with crud that I switched to the single jet nozzle to do the initial opening. I needed the extra power. But from there it was just a matter of using that two-sided Darth Maul attachment and blasting the rest of it out and clearing any re-clogs until it was all clean. From now on, though, it should just require periodic touch ups.
The good thing about Mr. Long Arm is that you can attach other stuff to the end... Like window washing squeegees

Glad to hear it worked for you! My first attempt was with another device called the gutter python I believe…it was one that you connected to a leaf blower. It worked when leaves were dry but left a lot behind. I’ve found a few uses for the long arm and probably some others that it’s definitely not intended for haha. Thank you for your feedback, knowing that someone else found this useful made the whole video worthwhile to me.

Hey btw, dont let the pressure washer run too long without letting water run through it. Youll blow your pump to pieces unless you have a buffer tank.

I have extendo pressure washing poles but they are flimsy and they bend really badly even when I just reach 2 stories. My high roof is 30 ft up and there ain't no way! Maybe beefier ones exist but idk. The genius piece of this setup that I didn't know existed is the tee! My setup has the water spraying straight out and it just wants to fly backwards out of the gutter or twist because the quick connects allow it to rotate. This setup makes a lot of sense because I can use the pole for window cleaning with my squeegee setup on the end. Hmmm. Might be heading to Amazon.

it looks like a fair amount of the gunk gets blown back onto the roof where it will just roll back into the gutter see at 13:55.... I have a couple of inside corners so I'm wondering if this method is going to work well.

Some will I didn’t show it on camera as much but I go back through and spray water onto the roof until the downspout is running clean

Water pressure blow out vs air pressure blow out in this case. Any comments to compare the 2 from anyone? Love to hear

I actually also have a setup called the gutter viper that you hook up to a leaf blower and use the extension pole to blow out the gutter. It works alright for dry leaves. My problem is I have a large sycamore tree next to my house that drops a ton of junk year round and it was difficult to blow everything out. The water does make a mess but I prefer water over air personally.

Why don't you just put that dual nozzle on an extendable pressure washing pole. There is no need to jump through that hoop of attaching all of that stuff to another type extending pole. You can buy the extendable pressure pole for about the same price you paid for that pole.

It just came down to having more than one use for the pole. I probably had the pole for at least a year before I started using it for this.

The extendable pressure washing poles I tried on my house couldn't handle that kind of length. They were the screw together kind and it ended up being too much force on the joints and they broke. And they broke way before we extended to 25' too. Plus if there is a quick connect in the chain then the whole thing tries to pivot around that. Now I do agree that the twin side jets would mitigate the flipping effect. And it does the same on the Mr long arm too.
