    Lakers fans hating LeBron is absolutely crazy!!! Sean is right…if the front office would’ve listened to LeBron in the first place, Ty Lue would be going on his sixth season with the team and possibly another chip or two!!!

    The lakers should hire a defensive minded vet head coach, Reddick as the top assistant coach, a shooting expert assistant coach, Phil handy, Rondo as a guard assistant coach, and Jent as the lead centers’ coach

    • @gameblouses80
      @gameblouses80 24 дня назад +2

      My guess is Reddick won't accept an assistant role. He likely makes more money doing broadcasting and his pod without the headache of coaching guys who for the most part don't really want to be coached. Feel like NBA coaches are paid to make adjustments and prep players, which seemed to be a weak point for Ham.

Before Ham was hired Pelinka mentioned him and the Woke Joke Police shut it down before Mark could even interview. He can't even get an interview! He's an outspoken straight Christian man and has been branded a bigot for it. Can you imagine. A good Black man like Mark? Apparently he made a few jokes and offended some LGBTQ staffers at Golden State. Boo-Hoo. On top of that he has strong character and is a good culture setter. Many don't like the culture he's setting, is all. At the end of the day he is "better" than many candidates. And at least as good. Deserving of an opportunity he has said he wants. But he'll never get it. Considered a potentially "problematic" hire, not worth the trouble even in a business sense. Mark Jackson is bad business, might sit out Pride Night or not wear a rainbow ribbon. We can't have that, can we? Crazy times....

    We need a coach that could make efficient adjustments during the game. I hate to say this but that is exactly what Denver's coach does. His adjustments have paid off in helping them win the game. He called time outs after being up and when seeing Minnesota trying to make a come back. I wish it was that easy where we could have Vogel as our defensive coach and a really good offensive coach where both could make the needed adjustments during the game. Lol

    Trevor, I remember you and Keith on NBA Front Office reviewing the most recent CBA agreement. There was talk at that time about how the team salary-cap was punitive to teams that drafted well. More specifically a team drafts three players who all becomes stars. Because of the salary cap, the team is put in the dilemma of having to trade one of the stars or face an enormous tax penalty for exceeding the cap. Was that issue in the CBA ever addressed by players and owners?

    Anyone they hire is gunna be there 1-3 years at most until they have an even slightly disappointing season. Then they will be let go. It always fascinated me how the lakers coaching job you have to be as near perfect at all times as possible and every decision will be anaylized to death. Basically you need to come in be basically perfect right off the hop and maintain that perfection at all times regardless of whatever issues arise. You have no room to grow into the role and improve its either you got it or you don’t and even if you have it even a bad coaching game at the wrong time your out and in comes the next one.

    Biggest Needs:
    1) 6'4-6'7 "3&D" SG/SF
    2) Bac(k)up Traditional Center
    Suggestion:
    Trade Rui/1-1st/1st Pic Swap or FINO for Carushow/Drummond/Torrey Craig
    * The White Lightning ⛈️ and Thunder⚡️Bac(k) Court - The AR-15 & CaruShow!!!
    * Starters: AR/Caruso/Vando/LBJ/AD

      Stop saying "Carushow" like he's a star player - he's just a pretty good role player and so is Drummond - neither one is worth giving up Rui and first for. Also, neither AR or Caruso are true PG's and Caruso/Drummond and Craig are all 30 or older, so that trade would benefit the Bulls more than the Lakers. Maybe Rui and a first if the Bulls threw in DeRozan -he's over 30 as well, but at least he's a star player who's a great scorer.

      @@dmitryowens - Maybe You thought You was in Control of My Words Hommie!!! I’ll Call Him what I want.
      In regards to trading for “Carushow”, We need a Defensive Minded Guard to pair with AR, there are not very many True PG’s left in The NBA bcuz the majority of Guards are Combo Guards in Today’s Game. And, Drummond is a Traditional Center that We can get for $3-$5 Million that can play against some of the Traditional Centers like Joker so, AD can occasionally move over to PF during certain matchups.
      I like DeRozan bcuz He’s a Baller and He’s also from LA (Compton) however, He will be a FA Next Year and We can’t afford afford a $30+ Million FA.

    • @dmitryowens
      @dmitryowens 24 дня назад +1

      @gregpollard7158
      Well, the Lakers need a true PG who's a high level passer. If we're giving up Rui and a first, Dejounte Murray is a much better option than Caruso - he's taller, younger and most importantly a much better scorer, rebounder and passer.

    • @dmitryowens
      @dmitryowens 24 дня назад +1

      Also, DeRozan turns 35 in August - I highly doubt that any team is going to give a 35 year-old player 30+ mil (unless it's LeBron). He may get 20 mil max.

JJ still watches and analyzes game tape and produces content discussing all the intricacies of the game. You really think Nash was doing that? If he was doing that he would’ve been talking about it somewhere.
