I order often. And the return policy is great. Every time I didn’t like it, changed m6 mind, didn’t like the color or whatever, I got an immediate refund.
Honestly my rules for Wish are as follows: never order anything over $20, always go by the reviews, and if possible only order things people have left photos of their actual purchase of in the reviews. I've mainly used it for cheap accessories, face masks, a couple of minor clothing items, some toys for kids. Anyone who tries to buy expensive things on there is just asking for trouble lol. Plus, always double check the purchase options when you order anything. Sometimes there's hidden size/color/style options and the default isn't the one in the main photo.
There are some exceptions to that $20 limit, too. I bought a 12-person tent on Wish for $120, they ran out of stock and sent me the 20-person tent instead without up charging me, and it was surprisingly good quality. The trick is to ALWAYS check the reviews with pictures, and if it ships from the same country you're in, you're more likely to get a quality product AND you'll get it faster.
Totally agree. I go by those same rule: Read descriptions, read reviews (I don't even bother if it's less than 200 reviews), look at pictures (and again, I don't even bother if there's no pictures). Out of all the purchases I've made, only 3 or 4 orders were a fail. And I've ordered ALOT of things on Wish... And I probably will continue to order things from Wish. Although, it's takes so long to receive these orders. Sometimes I forgot about them that when it does, it feels like Christmas lol. Also... don't expect luxury quality for a cheap value... you get for what you paid for.

So I actually lucked OUT on Wish. Bought my wedding dress on wish and it looked EXACTLY like the photo, was correctly tailored to my measurements, and looked AMAZING. Couldn't have been happier. Spent $200 and looked like a Queen.
As far as the Christmas cookie cutter that Charlotte thought looked like a uterus at 8:28 is concerned, it’s actually cuts out the piece that holds together the two sides of the 3D Sled at the front and back which is why it tells you to make two (2X). As with most Wish products the original photo of the cookie cutters probably is of a genuinely good product made by some other company, but who knows what unadulterated mess of a version you would get if you weren’t getting sea creatures instead.
I've had luck with Wish. I bought a 'dorm' washing machine, for $80. I love it, I've had it for 6 or 7 years, and it's still going strong. It has saved me so much money. I've noticed that sizes, material, colors and prices, will change depending on the size you choose. So you really have to double and triple check before hitting buy.
8:17- It looks like the cookie cutters make pieces that you assemble to form a Christmas tree, a reindeer, and a sleigh, so my best guess for the uterus-looking ones is they form the front and back of the sleigh.
I had a set of those types of cookie cutters and it could be the deer legs too. Has extra base to keep the deer upright lol you have to have a very crisp non spreading dough tho. They never seemed to go together without creative trimming. I passed them on to goodwill to stress out a different baker lol
If you don’t get exactly what you ordered, dispute the charge on your card. It’s totally legit. And then tell Wish if they want the item back, they need to email you a prepaid ship label (they won’t, they will tell you to keep it). But you will get your money back!
The problem is, they put up misleading pictures, and if you don't read the listing very carefully you can get screwed in a technically legal way. For example, they'll advertise a tank top as $3, but when you go into the listing it's actually $15, but they have the xx-small for $3 in one color. Or, they'll sell a pillow in several sizes and show the largest one in the picture, but then have a dollhouse-sized one for like $5 (which is probably what happened with the lady in the video with the tiny gray cushions). If the larger sizes sell out and only one size is left, it will just add that size to your cart without asking what size you want.
I actually learned this on Amazon, but it sounds like it should be done on Wish, too. I learned to check the dimensions and/or the fluid ounces of any product I order. I also read the negative reviews and a few positive ones, too. In other words, research a product AND the company you’re buying it from. Better safe than sorry…
Reading reviews can be kind of hard on Amazon, they'll have a product, but aggregate reviews. So someone my give a good review because they they had a legit seller, and someone else could have dealt with a different less scrupulous seller.

Another problem with reviews is that some sellers will “buy” good reviews, which makes it even more difficult to go by the reviews. I normally go to the “critical” reviews because they can be - but not always - more believable. (Yes, I am aware that competitors sometimes pay people to write negative reviews, so I also take them with a grain of salt.)
I buy my wigs on wish as well as costume jewelry. So far, so good. The only issue I had was I once bought a really cool Gothic blouse but I ordered a 3X and it came as a medium for juniors. I complained and they refunded my money, sent me the right size and let me keep the smaller one to give to someone else. So, not all are bad purchases or experiences at Wish.
I ordered 4 curtain panels for my office from Wish and I was shook that they were fabulous! I get compliments on them all the time! I took a gamble thinking I could use the fabric for crafting if it was bad and won!

Honestly everything so far I ordered from wish was exactly what I ordered. I do read every last detail and read reviews and look for pictures, but I have gotten nothing I didn't use. Granted I do mostly order stuff for like elf on the shelf shenanigans or like wax pellets for sealing envelopes. I did once order a corset for a cosplay and even after a few uses it still holds up great and is comfortable.

Yeah me too everything I've ever ordered was exactly what was advertised. But I will say that I'm very careful about shoes or clothes mostly because of the sizes but then again the few items I have ordered was better than I expected
I think a lot of people look at dresses on slim models and order them not taking into account that they are a lot bigger or taller than the model. The white dress at the beginning of this clip is a good example. If she had ordered it in a bigger size it would probably looked perfect.
Yeah I've had the same experience. A lot of these have the sizes clearly stated in the title or picture. It's just people who order without reading the details

My friend ordered her wedding dress from Wish. She did it early in case she got something gross....SHE GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE ORDERED (I think she was nearly as surprised as me). The dress was exactly how it was described, looked exactly the same as the picture in the advertisement, the correct colour, the right size......a beautiful fit. She looked amazing on her Wedding Day. Sometimes Wish does get it right.

I actually got some really cute makeup brushes from Wish, they look like roses and are super soft. Love them! I've had them for years now and they don't shed more than any other brushes i have either. The one good thing aboout Wish though, is that you DON'T have to return the item to get your money back. You get to keep it.

Definitely sucks people have bad experiences because I’ve genuinely gotten some of my favourite stuff from there.
I've only ordered crochet hooks, stitch markers and a plush elephant from Wish. The elephant was a bit smaller that I hoped but still cute and I ended up giving it to a nephew (he loved it). The crochet hooks and stitch markers were cheap but worked fine for what they were.
Years ago, like in 2016-17, I ordered tons of things from wish! The clothes used to almost always come as what I'd ordered, only thing I ever had problems with was sizing. These days, my go to is Shein, or just in store shopping. Wish just isn't like what it used to be....
I haven’t used Wish in years, but when I first heard of it I got a few shirts, two dresses and two wigs from there that looked exactly like the pictures and was in great quality. They still look as good as when I bought them 5-6 years ago and I’ve used them a lot. And then I ordered other stuff from there that would fit in this video too so…. 😂
I've had really good purchases from wish. The ine time something arrived broken, I received a full refund. But I wouldn't order clothes, and it is SUPER important to read the description carefully as well as check reviews.

I ordered a set of meat shredders and a jumper. Both are great. My husband loves using the “meat claws” when he makes brisket and I get lots of compliments when I wear the jumper (which I order 5x’s my normal size).

The thing is I order fairly regularly from as, as well as my niece and her mom do so. We have ordered diamond painting kits that are nice. I have many bracelets and earrings from them as well. I have also ordered craft paper, butterfly decals, and numerous crafting stickers - everything has worked out. I've never had trouble with their customer service, or been denied refunds. I would never order clothes since Asian countries cannot comprehend Americans having larger bodies. I am also strictly careful about reading dimensions; and the website offers you the opportunity to ask questions of most of the sellers. I think alot of the "fails" are people deliberately ordering garbage so they can have funny social media content
Tried recently to order from Nordstrom rack’s site. Paid for 4 outfits and express shipping (just to be safe, plenty of time for reg shipping) for a graduation gift. 3 ‘lost’ shipments that the delivery carrier never received from seller later, they got half the order out to my niece a week late from graduation. The rest were now sold out and had to fight for a refund with super rude customer service. Everything is a scam these days and I hate it so much 😩🤬. We need to do what the EU is trying to where there’s laws that say a company can not sell junk items for clothing or electronics and whatnot, and the items must be repairable. Not only protects customers, but keeps billions of lbs of trash out of landfills. But our lawmakers are so greedy here in the states I dunno if we can make it happen.
I prefer to shop in person because a lot of the time the clothes may look completely different on me than the model. Or I may have to pick a size above or below my usual size because of hoe the clothes fit on me. I once bought 3 jeans from H&M in different sizes because of how they were cut. Ordering clothes online is just too much of a gamble.
Lol the wedding dress one hit hard! I ordered a boot leg dress when I was pinching pennies for my wedding. You can see my legs in sun set pics! It was not wish boot leg but still boot leg. But hey at least you have a honeymoon dress😉!

My closest guess was that it was an upside down candle in one of those old fashioned holders (like a small saucer with a handle). I think sweater is more likely but uterus isn't too far off either.

One pair I ordered was really kind of plastic looking and I figured they were just going to irritate my feet but when I put them on, they were the most comfortable plastic shoes I’ve ever had! Ordered more after that and they were all great. I haven’t ordered anything else from there so I can only speak to the shoes. 😀
I ordered a very cool skirt. I knew there was a size difference always so I ordered an 8X as I can sew & could always make alterations. I usually order 2-3X depending on how things are made. It barely made it above my knees. It didn't say so, but maybe it was in child sizes!! 🤦♀️
My younger sister recently bought some dresses online (I don't remember the website). It was a buy 5 get 2 free deal. She didn't like a lot of them so she wanted to ship it back. The company ended up refunding her and telling her to keep the dresses. She was just like, but I don't want the dresses! And they were just like, we'll refund you, you keep the dresses, and give you a discount for your next purchase! So in conclusion, my sister got paid to keep some dresses she didn't like. 😆
My favorite absolute amazing eyeliner is from wish! It lasts sooooo long and doesn't smear or mess up ever!! And until you wash your face your wings stay put. It takes a bit to get here but it's amazing and I swear by it.
I actually got a nice dress on wish once. It looked exactly like the picture and looked cute on me too. I wore it out once and I overheard a woman say to her kids "look how pretty that girl's dress looks". The fabric kinda feels like a tablecloth and it moves a bit weird when I walk, but other than that it's great

I’ve actually lucked out on wish a couple of times! I ordered a wallet that was super cute and I had it for a couple of years until it needed to be exchanged for a new one. And my current phone case with a sturdy string attached to it so I can wear it around my neck is amazing! It has saved me so much money on replacing cracked screens because I kept dropping my phone. It also super practical, I always have my phone ready for use and I can just drop it if I need to. I’ve had it for about three years now and it’s still in a great condition. I’ve even washed the string in the washing machine (in a washing bag) and it came out looking as good as new! 10/10!
There are some really nice and good quality items there. Ordered a XXL mousemat, sunglasses and galaxy bedsheets. It's just the clothing often is way too short. Except for this long gothic tunic. It's my favorite clothing piece. :).
0:08 (this is years ago) I didn't buy something dumb well I think so but I bought a hatsune miku jacket off of wish and I wasn't expecting much but holy moly that jacket is now one of my favorites. It's great quality and I've had it for years now and it's still looks good.

The problem is, they put up misleading pictures, and if you don't read the listing very carefully you can get screwed in a technically legal way.
For example, they'll advertise a tank top as $3, but when you go into the listing it's actually $15, but they have the xx-small for $3 in one color. Or, they'll sell a pillow in several sizes and show the largest one in the picture, but then have a dollhouse-sized one for like $5 (which is probably what happened with the lady in the video with the tiny gray cushions). If the larger sizes sell out and only one size is left, it will just add that size to your cart without asking what size you want.
I mean, just don't order from Wish and skip all the problems 🤷🏼♀️
This "company" is sooo infamous and well know to many, it surprises me ANYONE still orders from them.
I actually learned this on Amazon, but it sounds like it should be done on Wish, too. I learned to check the dimensions and/or the fluid ounces of any product I order. I also read the negative reviews and a few positive ones, too. In other words, research a product AND the company you’re buying it from. Better safe than sorry…

Reading reviews can be kind of hard on Amazon, they'll have a product, but aggregate reviews. So someone my give a good review because they they had a legit seller, and someone else could have dealt with a different less scrupulous seller.

Another problem with reviews is that some sellers will “buy” good reviews, which makes it even more difficult to go by the reviews. I normally go to the “critical” reviews because they can be - but not always - more believable. (Yes, I am aware that competitors sometimes pay people to write negative reviews, so I also take them with a grain of salt.)
I buy my wigs on wish as well as costume jewelry. So far, so good. The only issue I had was I once bought a really cool Gothic blouse but I ordered a 3X and it came as a medium for juniors. I complained and they refunded my money, sent me the right size and let me keep the smaller one to give to someone else. So, not all are bad purchases or experiences at Wish.
Some of the costume jewelry is toxic... just a thought.
I ordered 4 curtain panels for my office from Wish and I was shook that they were fabulous! I get compliments on them all the time! I took a gamble thinking I could use the fabric for crafting if it was bad and won!
I’ve actually always done really well on Wish with orders. Especially art and craft supplies and a lot of the collectible statues etc I’ve gotten have been amazing

Honestly everything so far I ordered from wish was exactly what I ordered. I do read every last detail and read reviews and look for pictures, but I have gotten nothing I didn't use. Granted I do mostly order stuff for like elf on the shelf shenanigans or like wax pellets for sealing envelopes. I did once order a corset for a cosplay and even after a few uses it still holds up great and is comfortable.
yeah I ordered some anime figures, and some art stuff, stuff arrived Ok and the figure was awesome. However the lost like 2 items, that i never got...so it wasnt cost savy

Yeah me too everything I've ever ordered was exactly what was advertised. But I will say that I'm very careful about shoes or clothes mostly because of the sizes but then again the few items I have ordered was better than I expected
I think a lot of people look at dresses on slim models and order them not taking into account that they are a lot bigger or taller than the model. The white dress at the beginning of this clip is a good example. If she had ordered it in a bigger size it would probably looked perfect.
Yeah I've had the same experience. A lot of these have the sizes clearly stated in the title or picture. It's just people who order without reading the details
I went to a Great Gatsby themed party recently and this lady had on a gorgeous dress and I asked where she'd got it, she replied "wish". I was so surprised but honestly she looked great.
I've ordered a few things from Wish and I have been happy with most of them. I have received a purse, scarves, some accessories, a small humidifier, and oils. Read over everything before you buy.

My friend ordered her wedding dress from Wish. She did it early in case she got something gross....SHE GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE ORDERED (I think she was nearly as surprised as me). The dress was exactly how it was described, looked exactly the same as the picture in the advertisement, the correct colour, the right size......a beautiful fit. She looked amazing on her Wedding Day. Sometimes Wish does get it right.

The one thing I ordered from Wish, with zero expectations, was a "free" cushion cover ("only pay shipping!") that says f*** in cursive letters, and it is _perfect_ lol
I actually got some really cute makeup brushes from Wish, they look like roses and are super soft. Love them! I've had them for years now and they don't shed more than any other brushes i have either.
The one good thing aboout Wish though, is that you DON'T have to return the item to get your money back. You get to keep it.

This thing is LEGIT , he has made tee shirts, stickers for cars, travel mugs etc signs ...He buys all kind of shit from wish and he seriously never gets ripped off... I actually do really well on Wish. I’ve ordered a bunch of costume jewelry, cookie cutters, skirts and shirts off of there and found as long as I followed the dimensions given (not sizes) I was fine. Definitely sucks people have bad experiences because I’ve genuinely gotten some of my favourite stuff from there.

Yes! I've ordered a lot of cheap wedding decor, craft supplies and even clothes, and its worked out great... other than 3 items over a few years
I've only ordered crochet hooks, stitch markers and a plush elephant from Wish. The elephant was a bit smaller that I hoped but still cute and I ended up giving it to a nephew (he loved it). The crochet hooks and stitch markers were cheap but worked fine for what they were.
Years ago, like in 2016-17, I ordered tons of things from wish! The clothes used to almost always come as what I'd ordered, only thing I ever had problems with was sizing. These days, my go to is Shein, or just in store shopping. Wish just isn't like what it used to be....
I haven’t used Wish in years, but when I first heard of it I got a few shirts, two dresses and two wigs from there that looked exactly like the pictures and was in great quality. They still look as good as when I bought them 5-6 years ago and I’ve used them a lot. And then I ordered other stuff from there that would fit in this video too so…. 😂
I always get small cheap stuff from wish and so far, everything I've gotten has been pretty much what I expected to get.

I ordered a set of meat shredders and a jumper. Both are great. My husband loves using the “meat claws” when he makes brisket and I get lots of compliments when I wear the jumper (which I order 5x’s my normal size).
The wedding dress at 2:55 just needs a corset for structure and a slip, and it would be pretty stunning! Maybe some added hand beading etc... ;)
I've lucked out on Wish. I crochet, and I found this yarn that I loved but it was limited edition and I didn't have enough to make a cardigan. So I went on wish and spent WAY too much.

I got a set of 4 different sized pom-pom makers on Wish for $4 dollars for my crochet projects and they still work years later 💕
The thing is I order fairly regularly from as, as well as my niece and her mom do so. We have ordered diamond painting kits that are nice. I have many bracelets and earrings from them as well. I have also ordered craft paper, butterfly decals, and numerous crafting stickers - everything has worked out. I've never had trouble with their customer service, or been denied refunds. I would never order clothes since Asian countries cannot comprehend Americans having larger bodies. I am also strictly careful about reading dimensions; and the website offers you the opportunity to ask questions of most of the sellers. I think alot of the "fails" are people deliberately ordering garbage so they can have funny social media content

Stick to things like Amazon, Poshmark or heck even eBay they all have decent return policies and guarantee their stuff
Tried recently to order from Nordstrom rack’s site. Paid for 4 outfits and express shipping (just to be safe, plenty of time for reg shipping) for a graduation gift. 3 ‘lost’ shipments that the delivery carrier never received from seller later, they got half the order out to my niece a week late from graduation. The rest were now sold out and had to fight for a refund with super rude customer service. Everything is a scam these days and I hate it so much 😩🤬. We need to do what the EU is trying to where there’s laws that say a company can not sell junk items for clothing or electronics and whatnot, and the items must be repairable. Not only protects customers, but keeps billions of lbs of trash out of landfills. But our lawmakers are so greedy here in the states I dunno if we can make it happen.
I prefer to shop in person because a lot of the time the clothes may look completely different on me than the model.
Or I may have to pick a size above or below my usual size because of hoe the clothes fit on me.
I once bought 3 jeans from H&M in different sizes because of how they were cut.
Ordering clothes online is just too much of a gamble.

I’ve had great luck with shoes on Wish. One pair I ordered was really kind of plastic looking and I figured they were just going to irritate my feet but when I put them on, they were the most comfortable plastic shoes I’ve ever had! Ordered more after that and they were all great. I haven’t ordered anything else from there so I can only speak to the shoes. 😀
I ordered a very cool skirt. I knew there was a size difference always so I ordered an 8X as I can sew & could always make alterations. I usually order 2-3X depending on how things are made. It barely made it above my knees. It didn't say so, but maybe it was in child sizes!! 🤦♀️
I got one hoodie from wish. To this day, I love that hoodie. Softest warmest coziest hoodie ever made. No hoodie ever came up to par with it.

My younger sister recently bought some dresses online (I don't remember the website). It was a buy 5 get 2 free deal. She didn't like a lot of them so she wanted to ship it back. The company ended up refunding her and telling her to keep the dresses. She was just like, but I don't want the dresses! And they were just like, we'll refund you, you keep the dresses, and give you a discount for your next purchase! So in conclusion, my sister got paid to keep some dresses she didn't like. 😆
My favorite absolute amazing eyeliner is from wish! It lasts sooooo long and doesn't smear or mess up ever!! And until you wash your face your wings stay put. It takes a bit to get here but it's amazing and I swear by it.

I wore it out once and I overheard a woman say to her kids "look how pretty that girl's dress looks". The fabric kinda feels like a tablecloth and it moves a bit weird when I walk, but other than that it's great

Probably the prettiest thing I've ever done was argue back and forth with Wish over a purchase I made. I only received half of my order and it took me 6 months and a lot of bullsht but eventually, I got half my money back. It was $4.17 USD 😅

I ordered a wallet that was super cute and I had it for a couple of years until it needed to be exchanged for a new one.
And my current phone case with a sturdy string attached to it so I can wear it around my neck is amazing! It has saved me so much money on replacing cracked screens because I kept dropping my phone. It also super practical, I always have my phone ready for use and I can just drop it if I need to.
I’ve had it for about three years now and it’s still in a great condition. I’ve even washed the string in the washing machine (in a washing bag) and it came out looking as good as new!

There are some really nice and good quality items there. Ordered a XXL mousemat, sunglasses and galaxy bedsheets. It's just the clothing often is way too short. Except for this long gothic tunic. It's my favorite clothing piece. :).

0:08 (this is years ago) I didn't buy something dumb well I think so but I bought a hatsune miku jacket off of wish and I wasn't expecting much but holy moly that jacket is now one of my favorites. It's great quality and I've had it for years now and it's still looks good.
