I know that feeling when screwing up bad with someone else's equipment. Your heart drops, and you'll not feel truly comfortable in the job again for a good while. Then again just talking to people stresses me out. 😂

Very mature way of handling an employee error situation. I've been in a managerposition in the past, and I always truely felt that it doesn't matter if an employee makes mistakes (provided they don't make them all the time of course). What matters is how they deal with an error. Sounds like Feder (sorry if I misspelled) handled it correctly in recognizing his error and owning up to it. Same can be said for you guys, you handled his error correctly aka "shit happens". If you don't want to make any mistakes, don't do anything.....

Accidents occur unexpectedly either due to weather conditions, the workplace, malfunctioning equipment, etc. Although also because of the attitude of the employee, which I believe was not the case. I am not roasting anybody here. Like I told my mom once when she accidentally backed into the backhoe attachment on my subcompact tractor. Dented the bumper. Then almost removed the bumper off the back of the vehicle I told her it could have happened to me. And it could have been far worse.
In other words what I'm saying. So bad about minor mishaps. Things happen.

If you don't break anything, that means you're not doing anything. Accidents happen

Everyone makes mistakes. The conditions on the ground were not ideal either. It's part of farming life. You take the good with the bad. Glad you found replacements. Love your videos Yan

So glad you show the good, the bad, the ugly. In other words, real life. Sh*t happens on any job and especially when working involves animals!
