Moist and Delicious Carrot Cake Recipe

This is the only recipe you will ever need for a moist and decadent carrot cake. It is the most delicious carrot cake I have ever eaten. This cake is packed with flavour. This recipe can also be used to make layered carrot cake.
Recipe Ingredients:
Cake
1 cup dark brown sugar
6 cups finely grated carrots
1 cup raisins
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 large eggs
1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple
Frosting:
250g cream cheese 1 brick
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
