As some who was born in uh..."Great Exodia" themselves, what Elizabeth says is truth, though you can also classify your sliced potatoes by thickness, McDonald's for instance has fries, they're quite thin, However a fish and chip shop has the quintessential "Chips" they're a thicker cut. In regards to "The Chippy" this is also true, although I have also heard that term "Chippy" be used in place of "Chip Butty" as people would call them "Chippy sandwich" then shortened to "Chippy", this concludes my useless information dump.
