I loved the last episode so much! So I've made a complete replica of Bocchi's pedalboard! I've included some of the finer details, so please enjoy! Feel free to leave a comment! I'll keep you up to date with all kinds of gear, so I hope you'll subscribe to my channel!
The amount of excitement when you confirmed the BD-2! This was one of my personal favorite overdrive pedals to use back when I used to play. Thank you for this video! It amazes me how much detail the producers put into this anime! The musical nerd in me could sense how organic Bocchi the Rock was!
Thank you for the in-depth explanation and EN subs! I had bought a guitar when K-ON! aired, but due to work and studies I had to leave it to the side. Bocchi really motivated me to pick it up again and start learning properly! I also picked up a BD-2 and a RAT based on your Pacifica mod video, and I can't wait to try them once I can actually play Bocchi's songs a bit.
Thanks again for watching my videos! I know you're probably very busy, but please find time to play your guitar! I will be explaining more about sound creation, etc. in future videos, so please watch again.
This was a cool video. Funnily enough Bocchi didn't get me into learning the guitar, but Ryo got me into bass. I'm planning on getting one very soon and learning to play a bunch of songs with it. It's cool to see all the peripherals that can change the sound of the guitar!
I don't know how I found this video, but I love how thorough you did your research and analysis. I haven't seen the anime yet but I probably will watch it! Not just did they use actual gear but also the combination makes sense! Thank you for the video!
I'm a first time viewer of your channel from California, and the English subtitles worked wonderfully. I adore your attitude and energy. Keep up the fantastic videos!
Glad to be of service in helping you create your sound! If you'd like to tell me which equipment you and your friends are having trouble making sounds with, I'd love to hear about it! I'm also willing to make videos that can help people outside of Japan.
Frankly, I’ve never seem so much effort on so many details from the people who makes this anime. This should be more acknowledged, and you help a lot by showing this. Thank you very much, and thank you for the subtitles !
I just found this channel because of bocchi and I was so happily surprise with the quality, the effort, in-depth explanation of everything and great english subttitles, i was hooked from the first second and went i watched more videos and enjoyed so much each one!, i subscribed after that! looking forward to enjoy more videos!
I was just watching BTR after having started it over the summer and absolutely loved it, I’ve been playing guitar since I was 10 (currently 24) and also played bass in a band with some friends so having seen this anime after being a big fan of K-On! was definitely a great watch. I’m also a big guitar/gearhead so I was able to recognize a lot of her pedals, especially the BD-2 (solely from the knob layout since I own a few Boss pedals and absolutely love them), the Cry Baby (which was one of my first guitar pedals) and the Rat since those are all absolute classic pedals. Great content, man, just subscribed and keep up the great work, and peace from Canada
After watching Bocchi you are not wrong I really wanted to start learning guitar. I just bought my first guitar and amp yesterday and I hope I can get to this level of playing songs from the anime. Thank you from California !
So how is guitar going for you? I wouldn't worry so much about pedals at first, but rather collect them when you have an idea what you are looking for. Some guitar shops will let you sample common pedals.
Thanks for clicking on my video that showed up in your recommendations! Glad you enjoyed it! I hope you'll watch any of my videos again in the future if you see a title you like!
Glad you enjoyed my video. If you are interested in guitar, please start. You can easily find a lot of information on RUclips now. At first you may have a hard time improving, but if you keep practicing you will get better and better! If you have any questions about pedals, you can always ask me!
Watching from Philippines here. My guy you got even the subtle differences of the tones spot on. Now i have an idea how to recreate this tone on bias fx or bluecat. Thanks!
Thank you for your EN subs, even i'm a beginner guitar player, on your channel i can practice to listen japanese plus hear topics about guitar industry.
Glad to hear you're using it to practice listening to Japanese! I'll be releasing more videos in the future that will help guitar beginners, so be sure to watch again!
Thanks for this video it really helps me to start buying pedals for my favorite show bocchi the rock , i hope you have other tutorial on how to play like kana boon , silent siren, the peggies, man with a mission and other popular jrock bands
Thank you for this!! I am actually building a pedal board like this for an upcoming show at my old University for their annual Japanese Culture Festival as most of the songs I'll be playing call for that Bocchi like sound!
sound awesome, if you record it and post could you comment to me I would really love to see that, getting my first guitar soon so im just getting into this stuff lol.
Its honestly really amazing as to how much effort you put into making this video! Ive been looking into how bocchi got her tone, so im really grateful that you made this with english subtitles :DD nice keep up the good work!
Glad to be of service to you. I certainly went through a lot of effort to make this video, but it's paid off because everyone who's watched it has enjoyed it!

thank you for the english subs!!
it really help the explanation of the effect. im still learning at guitar and this motivates me to train more.
Thanks for watching my video! I'm glad this video helped you in some way!

Fantastic job! It's a really simple but useful setup. I didn't realize that level of detail in the series.

It's great that Ryo is the reason you started Bass! There are many great effectors for Bass, so please enjoy your wonderful musical life!

Honestly I think its a decently simple board aside from the ms-3, kudos to the accuracy of the board though, really nice video
Awesome breakdown of the pedal board and the uses for each effect!
Very practical pedal board!
This is an incredible walk through the various effects used.

Thank you for the english subtitles! Excellent presentation! Thank you for your knowledge and insight!
Watching this with the subtitles was amazing, I'm definitely coming back for more tips.
Thank you! I'll keep bringing you guys informative and entertaining videos!

I was just watching BTR after having started it over the summer and absolutely loved it, I’ve been playing guitar since I was 10 (currently 24) and also played bass in a band with some friends so having seen this anime after being a big fan of K-On! was definitely a great watch. So how is guitar going for you? I wouldn't worry so much about pedals at first, but rather collect them when you have an idea what you are looking for. Some guitar shops will let you sample common pedals.
Same. Gonna be buying the pac012 instead of 611 since I'm on a budget 😢

Nice video! Love it! ❤
Thank you very much! While I haven't invested in a guitar myself, the video was very informative and entertaining.
I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the video, even if you are not that familiar with guitar.
Thanks for the subtitles! Also nice pun with the zip tie. I want to learn more about sound design. Can't wait!
