Awesome game wish I had that puppy
I played this at the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas a few years ago. I wasn't sold on it until the playfield suddenly went completely dark and the banshee let out a long, blood-curdling scream. Even over all the noise of a hundred other pinball machines, I took a step back.
Months later when a deal fell through to get a TRON Legacy pin, I ordered the (NIB) GB Premium--no regrets. The shaker motor is amazing during the containment failure, and an external subwoofer is pretty sweet also.
I agree that it has a moderately high difficulty, so I changed the settings a bit. Still, too often it's going right down the middle.
I had to turn that scream off my 4 year old at the time threw her drink across the room and ran off screaming she hated the game for almost a year 😂
Thanks for the review.. This is a really cool pin. It's the one that I really wanted when I started getting back into pinball again. If that was my machine I'd probably add some spotlights and a glow in the dark rubber kit. Probably a few blacklight LEDs 😉👍
Only thing I'm weary of is that it's a Stern machine. The ones I've seen both had relatively poor build quality as far as I'm concerned.
I have been told I need a color DMD.. may do that but you are right I need to add some fun in it :) thank you for watching!
You couldn't be more right. GREAT GAME! Not easy and a bit chaotic. I understand why some do not like it. Wanted on for years and got one last year. Great fun. Theme is perfect. Music and callouts are great as well. I assume you are playing the with new code. I only know the new code and I understand they made it "easier" with a double ball save. It has flow, but i find it more of a pick and make your shot kind of game (which I like).

That’s a hard one. I have 2 legacy games GB and ST.. I will always pick those above all other games minus Tron. That said both are good but for me I would say GB seeing it has it all minus the wider gap..
