Hey Nerdchacho have you ever been to cedar point and kings island? I live an hour from cedar point and 3 hours from kings Island which now cedar points owns kings island reason why kings island is starting to get bigger coaster 😯
Awesome episode chacho! This area feel really six flagsy as well! If I may make a suggestion, perhaps add a flag, wind sensor or beacon to the lift hill of “untitled hypercoaster 1”! looking forward to the next one! Cheers!
Love this build! The station and the queue/shade covers are so Cedar Fair it makes me happy. I've spent hours and hours in queues that look just like that!
I don't often bother with queue covers either.. as we don't have them here.. but in the absence of being able to do the other detailing I'm used to, I need to do SOMETHING haha..
A time-saver I found. If you double click something, it'll usually open the tool for it. Double click the ground and the terrain tool opens, a queue will open paths tool on the queues setting. Also, since paths can be in blueprints now you could theoretically make different cattle-pen blueprints to save time. Same would apply for any other special path designs like 1m stairs.
Yeah, you guys certainly seem to love it.. But then the American mind can't seem to grasp the idea of smaller, clever coasters like Nemesis and Hyperia over bigger, faster, taller. We really did miss out on the coaster wars thanks to NIMBYism
One suggestion for reals this time, what about adding some kind of waterfall feature from the swinging ship's "lagoon" to the larger pond next to it. Add a bit of energy to the area and make it all feel more connected.
I like the idea.. I did, however, deliberately leave them disconnected. The pirate ship would be a closed water pool which is treated and the lake more natural water as a natural habitat..
Really enjoying this build! One critique if you want some extra realism. There should be a way to access the splashdown in case the train valleys! Can’t wait for the next episode!
That's a good point actually.. Diamondback has a shallow pool and that little service road.. right? I dunno what the strategy would be here being in the middle of the lake.. I'd need to look it up
Love the build, got a few names for the coaster, all of them a bit coast themed since your near the lakefront: WaveBreaker Great White Megalodon (if that’s how’s you spell it 😂) As always, love the video and the fantastic build!
I have a bunch of issues with my park where guests will say that the queue is too long for a coaster, and when i click yhe coaster it has a 2 minute wait time
13:34 I wouldve made the exact same decision. I cant stand the fact that the valley is way too tight for the coaster type it's built for. It sucks too because they did such a good job with the water animations...
I love the generic vibes you got going on. It's a shame about the splashdown effect...such a wasted opportunity. Could have been solved by not having the lead-in baked into the piece. Oh, well... great stuff per usual!
It's such a wasted piece... I'm not sure how else they would do it.. lining up the effects are a pain in the ass too... and doesn't give the completely correct result. Meh, what we gunna do? You guys are busy making amazing stuff like Spongebob and I'm here whinging about a splashdown. I'm not jealous, you are... haha
that station is a thing of beauty!
Really?! I genuinely thought it was trash. If I hadn't run out of time, I'd have deleted it and started again
@@mineraljunction I think it looks great, too!

@@Nerdchacho Being annowed by how careless you use certain terms but definitely being wowed by your station

You raise a very good point there... I have some retro-fitting to do, I'll add it to the list, thank you :)
Absolutely admirable builds
Love it! Diamondback is my favourite B&M hyper, and you've captured the feel of it perfectly.
HyperStorm for the hyper coaster and Wildebeest for the woodie 👍🏻

The double click on paths also copies the settings of that path. Dirt path creates terrain when elevated.
The European mind will never comprehend why Raging Bull is, in fact, the best B&M hyper and should be replicated.
REAL
Coming from an American, I don’t either but I’ve been on it and the first drop in the back is UNREAL

When you come visit some day I'll show you some small, clever coasters we got. Raven, Maverick, Time Traveler! Oh the joys that await you!
We have better versions: Wodan, Toutatis, Ride to Happiness! Oh the joys that await you!
so crazy how much you have pre-recorded. Great stuff as always!
I had time booked off work... haha
I just want to say as a Kings Island regular, this coaster is diamondback adjacent enough that it makes me unreasonably happy

Sapphire as the name for the Hyper... I mean if its inspired by Diamondback then it fits the gemstone theme!

@ could do a small catwalk that hugs the waterline from the splashdown to the main path
Maybe the drain? Not sure
My hyper name suggestion is Euphoria, in honor of the "Planet Euphoria" song that the ride is rocking. And because hypers are euphoric.
In true Chacho fashion
HYPA HYPA
Scooter would be proud :)
Just In Case You Didn't know, If you double tap the ground it automatically opens the terrain tool! JUST Figured This out, also NICE Video!
I really think the hyper should be named Hydra.

you should name the hyper wind waker

This is a known issue I think. Generally guests are too picky. Hopefully the free Dec update will fix it

Idea for coaster name is Nexus

How do I find your thing in the workshop?
Search for the share code and it should come up..... I think haha
EDIT - Yeah, there's an "enter code" thing. You put the code in there
@@Nerdchachookay thanks, ill try it out tomorrow😀
