I saw today Frances Sternhagen in a law and order episode playing housekeeper for a well to do family kind of like what happened with the Menendez brothers situation. The difference in the Law & order episode was that the brothers were exonerated and the Russian mob was the actual ones that killed the parents. Frances ended up being their caretaker in the end. ❤️❣️

I found it ironic that Betty Rollin fought breast cancer only to die of assisted suicide decades later

I had breast cancer in 1997 when I was 44. I discovered then that if it had metastasised, it often goes to the bones first. I had early osteoarthritis in every joint so I found it ironic back then that I may not even be aware if that was happening as I needed painkillers every day anyway. Now at 71 that pain has progressed but I’m cancer-free. I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome at 69. It causes a lot of muscle and bone pain. It’s genetic so it was missed for my entire life.
I recently discovered that many Ashkenazi Jewish females have hypermobile joints like me. I already knew that they have a 1 in 6 risk of breast cancer. So there’s an extra irony - doctors are only just starting to realise this 💡reality. They've been taught that hEDS is rare. It’s just rarely diagnosed. Joint Hypermobility Syndrome is quite common and is usually seen as an advantage by people in show business or athletics but it shares the same comorbidities with hEDS. As Betty Rollin was a decade older than me, I can only imagine that she was going through an even higher level of pain as I am now. I can sympathise and understand why she chose the route of assisted suicide. RIP. Unless someone lives with chronic pain it’s hard to imagine the discomfort of advanced age.

Shane. Kissinger's death was so big I didn't hear about Shane. I loved the Pogues. And Shane knew damn well how much trouble he was. When his bandmates called him over to tell him he was fired, his response was "What took you so long?"

Kissinger was a war criminal! There are _still_ landmines in Cambodia and Laos, and when visiting these two amazing countries, everyone has to be sure not to stray from the paths that are created by the feet of the people who live, work, or visit these wonderful places.

I know you have to be neutral and I appreciate it. So I'll say it... Henry Kissinger was also known for being one of the most evil men in modern times, working in the background of politics, manipulating leaders for decades in the name of money , power, and control.
