Since Scott mentioned water delivery. Here is a bit of interesting info that I think you would like on "Tap Water"
Prior to 2010, I had been purchasing bottled drinking water as a regular habit. However, everything changed after a profound conversation I had with a German scientist who was living in Granada, Nicaragua. During our conversation, he shared with me some fascinating insights about the source of drinking water in Nicaragua. He explained that the drinking water in Nicaragua is sourced from deep wells, which are considered one of the safest, purest, and cleanest sources of drinking water.
According to the scientist, the deep wells in Nicaragua are naturally filtered by the surrounding geology, which removes impurities and contaminants from the water. This natural filtration process, combined with the fact that the water is not stored for extended periods of time, makes it an ideal choice for drinking water.
In contrast, bottled water that has been stored for long periods of time may be more susceptible to contamination and degradation, which can compromise its quality and safety. The scientist's words had a profound impact on me, and I began to reconsider my reliance on bottled water. Since then, I made a conscious effort to opt for locally taped, deep-well water, and I have noticed a significant improvement in the taste and quality of my drinking water and more important is healthier.

I've heard that in many places, including the US, that tap water has higher quality control standards (And lacks the plastic storage too) and is normally safer than bottled water. Flint not withstanding.

I was wondering how Jimmy's transition down there has been going? Still dealing with the foot injury?

Ask Scott Moore from "There Has to Be something More". He lived (and his Nica-born missus) in Matagalpa, before moving to Xela, Guatemala.

Except I know that they never asked around and never managed to find a good dentist in the land of dentists. They didn't live there long enough to get into the groove of finding good resources.
