Okay, to be fair, mouse jigglers have one purpose that can be really handy.
If you get a laptop from the government, or from a massive corporation, they typically have very short lock periods (mine is about a minute.) What that means is you can't even go to the bathroom without the laptop locking, requiring logging back in (generally with a smartcard) and re-opening your VPN connections. A jiggler allows you to go to the bathroom, or make a cup of coffee without having to relogin to everything.
Obviously you don't use them in an unsecured environment, but if it's sitting on your desk at home... yeah, they are a huge time saver.

If you had the other half of that keyboard, you could set up a wicked space sim setup, with that half right behind the throttle and the other half right behind the joystick. :) (and yes, I understand it's designed to be used with a mouse for the right hand and there's not actually an "other half")

The half keyboard is good for VR. When I was playing Elite Dangerous in VR, keeping control of where you are on a regular keyboard can be a little bit of a mess, so I got a Razor Tartarus Chroma , a partial keyboard with some mouse control on it. Bound all my auxiliary controls to that and never needed to bother hunting over my keyboard blind. :)

Regarding the Half Keyboard. It got all the keys you 99% of the time would you use in videogame with said hand. With some models certain companies sells having Plenty of extra keys for macros placed around it. Hell i think Razer sells one with a joystick.

I will say the half keyboard does actually have a use case. Some people don't have a lot of desk space so the half keyboard allows them to have more mouse travel space while gaming. It is in no way a replacement for a full keyboard but it is an instead option. Artists also use similar keyboards for macro keys as there desk tends to be taken up by their drawing tablet.

To make a point in favor of the half keyboard.
I use one myself, and every day. I have a regular keyboard ALSO plugged in. It's just when I gane I like my arms to be more spread put and I hate having to pick up my heavy mechanical keyboard and move it over to the side and at an angle so I can relax and use one hand on keys one on mouse.
With the half keyboard it's so convenient, and 90% of games I play, mainly competitive fps games, never have a need for a button I can't hit with one hand. And if I need to chat, my other full size is right there.
But again, I also have a huge desk and use a 42 inch monitor so, your milage may vary.

If you have enough desk space, the half keyboard combines well with your "normal" keyboard, allowing you to spread your arms in a pretty comfortable position. Needs some time for the brain to get used to what's effectively an extremely wide keyboard of sorts, but it can be VERY comfortable, especially for longer gaming sessions or laborious manual data entry (ask me how I know).

That mouse kinda looks like someone looked at a swiftpoint tracer and went 'oh, we can do that!' and it turned out that no, they could not do that.
I have a swiftpoint Z (which is the premium version of the tracer) that is currently in a drawer because, unfortunately, after years of use it started to wear (got very rough on the bottom skates and on the rubber sections of the grip), and it is surprisingly comfy and natural, despite the odd shape and button locations. It's basically the 'fully loaded luxury car' of gaming mice, full of features that you have to actively go out of your way to remember the existence of, but if you work them into your mind, they actually work pretty well. I really hope they start making them again. The knuckle buttons on the swiftpoint mouse are actually fairly accessible and easy to use, while having enough resistance that you aren't going to accidentally trip them. They can also be pulled up instead of pushed down for alternate inputs.
The swiftpoint Z actually TRULY shines in creative pursuits. Can have nearly every shortcut right there on the mouse, and rarely have to deal with modifier key inputs on the keyboard. In games I found myself using a lot of the buttons on a pretty rare basis initially, but after getting used to binding certain things to the mouse and having dedicated buttons for them, it was awkward to switch away back to a more 'normal' mouse. In my case that was a G502, then a G305.

    - Okay, the shoulder triggers have an actual use case. The most likely use is for emulators.
    - And that cooler seems to have a peltier element?
    - But the mouse, nah, there are better options. A mouse in that price category with such a focus on "g4m3r" design means they don't spend the money on things like a good sensor.
    - And the "half keyboard" isn't anything new. The biggest benefit is that the saved space can be used for a huge mousepad. (as you found out) And you can still keep a full keyboard as well. Obviously takes time getting used to and requires rebinding some stuff. And there are better options.
    - The headset falls in the same area as the mouse. All fancy visuals and no quality.
    - The best use for the mouse jiggler is probably to prevent from appearing afk to not get disconnected in games.
    - And then a fake wii? Probably a famiclone or some cheap ARM thing? Oh no, it's EyeToy for PS2, but cheaper.
