Welcome to Yeonghee's rural garden, where you can enjoy Korean countryside life.
As the rainy season ends, and hot days continue,
we harvested our first corn and tasted it.
We also harvested yellow melons, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers..etc.
I made radish kimchi with the well-grown radish from the garden.
I also used the harvested eggplants to make thick but soft eggplant pancakes and radish mixed noodles and ate them deliciously.

시골살이를 즐기는 영희의 시골정원에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
장마가 끝나면서 아주 무더운 날들이 이어지고 있고,
시골정원에는 올해 첫 옥수수를 수확하고,
참외, 가지, 오이, 대파, 고추를 수확하고,
잘 자란 열무를 뽑아서 열무김치를 담갔어요.
수확한 가지를 이용하여 두툼하고 부드러운 가지전을 만들고,
열무비빔국수를 만들어서 시원하고, 맛있게 먹었어요.
영희의 시골정원에서의 농촌일상을 보시고 잠시나마 힐링하는 시간이 되셨으면 합니다.
