yes dear it is almost same for all topologies, as the result after winding, the wire enamel, insulation, margins, taps, winding gaps due to circular wires, layers, winding technique, strands to total filled window proides only 30 percent of usable copper so in calculation it must be considered less than 0.30

the gap will provided in center leg. if we use ungapped core, in that case we have to take special care for core saturation, because the ungapped core saturates very rapidly

For 192 watt is not good to use flyback topology You should select half bridge or push pull topology using TL494 OR SG3525 and design push pull transformer

i have a doubt , Dmax which you have considered as 0.48 , is based on what factor did you select ?..
in DCM flyback, the Dmax must be less than 48%

Sir , how you select the EFD 20 core , in power handling chart you choose EE 43208 is both are same .
