First I tried medium brown and didn’t tint my eyebrows, and after that I bought dark brown, and I love it! my eyebrows look natural
Everyone that is wondering why the color doesn’t come out quickly wait about 15 mins and it should be darker .

@ardellbeauty Do you have any tips on how to mix the developer? I used the soft black color. I mixed a pea sized drop of the developer and 2 scoops of the color powder. I mixed it for maybe 5 minutes and it was very gritty and chunky in consistency. It never got to a smooth/creamy consistency. I was tempted to add more developer but didn’t want to mess up the ratio.
I used the product and the results turned out pretty good. The application was a bit tricky, as I was smearing globs of product over my brows with an angle brush, and brushing it out with the spooly. Would appreciate your tips, as I think this could be a really great product.
UPDATE: The second time I used the product, I did not follow the directions of using a “pea sized amount of developer” and instead followed the 4 parts developer: 1 part colorant (in my madness, I had used a digital scale). I mixed it and it turned a light beige color. I groomed my brows in the meantime, which was about 5-10 min. and the gritty powder melted into the developer. I mixed it in further, and it was a smooth, gel consistency and had turned soft black in color.

idk what I’m doing wrong because everytime I mix it, the mix ends up being crunchy and I can’t get it to a liquid
I bought the same color as her (soft black) but when I was mixing, my tint never turned out as dark as her’s. So I was afraid to use it

The same thing happened to me, but good things happen to those who are patient. I just put more powder and that took care of the issue for me. I love the color and results

No it doesn't. I've tried it before and it barely lasts a week and a couple of days.
