Edgaras, I want to express my gratitude for sharing these instructional videos on RUclips. I've been married to a Lithuanian for the past 21 years, and I've always aspired to learn the language. However, I never had the opportunity to find a suitable teacher. Thanks to your lessons, it now appears likely that during my upcoming trip to Lithuania, I'll be able to engage in more meaningful conversations with the locals

Hey man, really good content! I am trying to learn some Lithuanian to be able to communicate with my girlfriends family some. One problem that I have come across is that it is very difficult to learn/remember the conjugation of verbs. It seems like there is so many and I don't see any patterns as in Spanish for example. This of course makes it very hard to construct sentences which I am currently trying to do. Is there a way? :) If so I would love to see a video about it. Very hard to find information on the internet about the Lithuanian language so I really appreciate your videos, helps a ton!

You are doing something wrong! The Spanish verb system is obviously more complex and with many irregularities.

    Hi Edgaras,
Yes, I agree it seems easier to make questions in Lithuanian. Question about this lesson: how do you pronounce tu darai versus tu darei? It seems like they'd need to sound differently to avoid misunderstandings. I listened to you again, but wasn't sure if the syllables were accented differently. I often make phonetic notes for myself in such cases.
    Thanks,
    Kathy

I don’t speak for the Lithuanian language but usually in my language when we have two similar sounding words we don’t listen for which one, we just know it out of what context it was from
