Yes, same process, but instead of switching the install location to your external hard drive, you can just use the default: C:\RetroBat. So in a sense it's even easier since you do not have to modify anything.
No need to format. Just do the RetroBat installation as shown in the video without formatting the card. Then move or copy your roms into the appropriate folders in the RetroBat/roms/ folder.
yes even jaguar :) they have all the atari systems they pretty much run everything retroarch can as this is just a launcher that simplifies installing and using roms and emu for the novice and looks pretty :)

RetroBat ES is built off the same source code as Batocera which makes it super convenient to dual boot Windows & Linux.
