Story 1: That trip and "break" was just an excuse to get her back blown out while still maintaining her stable relationship when she got back to ease her conscience. Much like she didn't want a discussion on this break at the airport, she gets no input in OP ending the relationship for good. OP did the right thing. She might have an STD or even got pregnant, no one wants that. The streets were calling, she answered, and couldn't go fast enough. Story 2: OP did the right thing because 11:05 it seems Krista had already spun a tail and opened her big mouth to 3 other coworkers. OP 100% would've gotten fired had he not preemptively notified HR about the harassment Krista put him through in college. Flip the roles and OP would've ended up in cuffs for Krista's visit to OP's house. 17:05 a man would 1000% be in jail for a 2nd unwanted unannounced home visit. At this point just press charges along with the restraining order.
