Something else to add to the bucket list :) Being Canadian, I love to escape during our winter. I have a little suggestion, in the more open area, maybe add a little fire pit of sorts! The bus is beautiful and the setting looks kinda magical, great job!!
Definitely leave a guestbook for people to sign as you get some lovely comments and suggestions. Also maybe a stack of books for evening reading inc a photo album from some of your work?
The personal touches are the things we airbnb fans love. Some homemade brownies or a basket of treats.
Lots of love, ingenuity, hard work, deep thought & Consciousness went into that bus from a multitude of beings...Great Energy Space.
Louis, I think an awning on the outside would be a good addition! Allows people to still enjoy the outdoors even in adverse weather!!

I absolutely agree with this. 1st thing I thought of. I would like to sleep with that open, but not if I have to deal with the bugs. Ummm no!! Takes away from the whole elegance of using the window. Put a screen on it somehow or else that have to stay shut.

Hey! You should promote the netflix documentary of expedition happiness! It is about the couple that made this bus and how they travel on it at first, they are lovely people and should have some credit!
I think it would be great to add a little fire pit (either a natural one or a metal one) by one of the outdoor seating areas, like by the hammock. It would be such a cute addition that would really make the space super cozy for people staying there
On the original builders of the bus documentary they raffled the bus to some other people. How did it end up not with the them but with Luis???

You've done a good job with the bus
This is fabulous. I think you should change the letters on the outside of the bus to a 3D tyle of lettering like say matching the wood that you used on the inside. The bus is too massive for stick-on letters. Also darker lettering. It would look so much more elegant with letters that pop out giving the bus a proper signature and sign. Just an opinion. But absolutely love what you did with this bus. It's stunning.
It looks great (except for the obvious stains on the indoor sofa) but wow, this is overpriced! And the listing says 2 bedrooms but it is only one bedroom, plus a common space with a bed. If it were a true two bedroom (which I know is nearly impossible on a bus) then maybe the price would be more justified....and yeah, no one is forcing me to stay here but here’s my opinion anyway

Yes, the price is above my budget, but he’s not promoting it as a Motel 6. How many hotel rooms provide you with an outdoor patio like this? The bus is beautiful, it makes for a unique experience and if he is able to get his price, good for him. Also, Calabasas is not exactly cheap

I think that it's ok priced...for 2 nights 462 euros for 2 people including all fees, except the pool, which I find rather strange...(why not have it included in the price of the stay? Would make sense!).

I don’t know why people are complaining about the price, i know £120 a night is a lot But for a double room in a hotel is going to be £60 to £80 and if there’s 4 of you you’ve got to get a second room, your basically getting a 4 berth gorgeous bus conversion for the same price as 2 rooms and you have the view, I can see my self sitting on the decking in the evening around a fire having a couple of peroni and watching the sunset, it will be a vibe

I love the idea...but maybe one night of a larger vacay. Too bad it's a minimum 2 night stay. At that cost...yikes. maybe if that goes down 2 nights are possible. The bus itself and th outdoor space are lovely. I have to admit the compost toilet would make me a little nervous. But first time for everything I guess 🙄😊😉.
