Realizing just how many styles & attacks u need to b able to defend & how it evolves regularly as ppl learn how to nullify or defend against certain things that may have been dominant as a single discipline but in real world combat, it can get u in trouble against the right opponent.

      @MrDeftones122755 4 года назад +4

      Yeah but the jabbing to the chest would’ve helped, if you gonna be going foward you need to take the first kick but make sure you jab his chest or hit em with the right hand and stay on him cus it’s hard to kick going back. @MrDeftones122755 4 года назад +3

      Warren Feagins he does but it’s basic, he doesn’t have it developed like izzy does, costas pro’s was that he would fight with a fearlessness, but tons of pressure on the opponent, use hard body kicks and leg kicks to trap them and then start whaling on them with head body combos. He doesn’t have the counters and defense down so it blows my mind he tried to lean on his defense for 2 rounds. In Muay Thai you are trained to turn you knee out to stop roundhouse kicks to the body and head that way you aren’t reaching for kicks with your hands but costa didn’t do any of that. Ultimate I think costa bitched out his best chance was to be like Gaethje and try to break Izzys legs with kicks, but the one time paulo got izzy to the cage he went back to the middle to talk crap, showed he wasnt ready to swarm Izzy

This guys special and when he takes a lose in the UFC and everyone jumps off the hype train, I'll still be on it, if he does lose which he even says he will in mma... hes only going to come back stronger. He might not get the same credit cause Silva did it first but hell def get them cheques and go down as one of, If not the greatest striker to ever throw down... period.. across all combat sports....

To stand toe-to-toe with your opponent and not move an inch, but bend backward enough to avoid his left hook reach by centimeters, and then counter-punch with your own left hook before the opponent's hand is withdrawn … that is just unorthodox and phenomenal. When Costa stood still and Israel called him "Romero"..... Before you get all mystical with this breakdown ask yourself:
    1. Why did Paulo even get the title shot?
    2. How do you get to the number one ranking fighting "has beens" and "never wases" over 3 rounds? Romero at 42 would have beat him in 5 rounds.
    Its just ppv numbers.
    Brendan Schaub said "it was too much too soon for Paulo ..would lose 100/100 times...was embarrasing..".
    The fight went pretty much as it should have. Sure we would have liked to see Paulo pull the trigger but he was never getting past the second round. Nobody can get past the 2nd round with Adesanya without giving him something to think about. Adesanya version 2018 would have beaten him.

      @@violent_bebop9687 Point of correction UFC is no young sport neither is it a sport for starters. If you know the base for UFC or what the name even stand for you would not say a thing like you.
      The Ultimate Fighting Champion is a sport for the battle of the best of all the fighting sports. You need to have been seasoned wherever you are before you come in so there is no ignorant in the UFC or young as you prefer to call it. It is a sport where you bring in all that you have got.
      At the beginning UFC was something like one act fight experience where the boxers against wrestlers and other sports that cared to represent etc. However as people soon find out the more art you master the better for your defense so if you think you Will wake up from your house and learn all the art without testing them out elsewhere that's okay just come and represent your courage and belief in yourself but forget young, otherwise it is for the old and seasoned gees who have been roller movers of other terrain, so no excuse okay.

    You can only be an African to appreciate and understand the spiritual metaphorism he is using here.
    Always watch Izzy coming out for his fight, his lips are alway in motion. If you are a lip reader, you wound understand he is ministering to himself some metaphysical vibe. Sometimes he uses the background song to minister to him.
    Like in a traditional sense, people from his culture take on animal vibe.
    Eg of a personal vibe. "I am a lion, I am the King of the jungle, I attack with strength and precision." You are not telling it to anyone but yourself, soon your flesh and spirit will assume such position. And it will scare your opponent.
    You all might remember when he said "I am ready to die" during the Gustalum fight. And lo and behold, he finished his seemingly difficult opponent.
