- From Season 1 Episode 28 "The City on the Edge of Forever" (1967), Star Trek - The Original Series. DeForest Kelley is doing a great performance of his character Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy.

Bones took a dose of Bill Shatner's adrenaline
*adrenochrome
you really dont get the subtext here, do you?
He should have won a Grammy for this performance.
Legend has it that even in the afterlife Deforest Kelley is still yelling MURDERS ASSASSINS!!
*MURDERERS, sheesh
0:39: McCoy also had super timing. His double-chop lined up perfectly on those two orchestral stingers.
I wake up like this when someone wakes me up too early.
lol Me as well!
Murderers!!.... assassin's!!... killer's!!+... I need to loop it non stop to make the perfect ringtone
Id like that for a ringtone just to scare my boss.
Kirk has the flying drop-kick, Spock the neck pinch, Scotty the hay-makers that could make Klingons fly, and McCoy had the double chop 0:41
Funny ass shit 🤣 😂
Superpowered Crewmen
🤣🤣🤣 I also love Kirks variation on the flying drop-kick where he throws himself at a wall and then using the momentum, catapults off of it to hurtle at his opponent with the speed and impact of a photon torpedo. His devastating double-fisted back-blow is also known and feared throughout the galaxy.
1:34 Can you imagine some crazy guy on the street saying that to you?
I like how McCoy wacked the transporter guy in the hip and it knocked him out!
Watch again carefully and see where he hits him.
@@LeftIsBest001okay but that second little karate chop wouldn’t have knocked out a 6 year old kid
@@wcg19891 Because Kelly didn't want to actually hurt his fellow actor. Trust me, you get hit for real from behind with that combo, you're going down.
0:37 = best kung fu scene
tripping more balls than ever, DR. McCoy
0:15, greatest words from Dr. McCoy.
he have seen the Abrams movies
1:56 When your Co Worker has skipped worked the same day as you.
I have always enjoyed DeForest Kelly's work - a fine baddie in Westerns and Gangters movies - a host of television roles - I live in Ireland and grew up watching DeForest turning up in old shows on late-night television
One of my favorites
Deforest Kelley sure does some scary acting in this episode.
Bones look crazy ....
Also the greatest episode of TOS or any other series.
Bones goes crazy part 1
The first breakdown from Dr. McCoy aka Bones. All That Pain.
They really need to put 2-3 guards 24/7 in the transporter room. But that would have ruined 1/4 of the plot lines I guess. Lol 😂
He’s like Gollum in this episode!
I forgot about these scenes.
0:16 KILLERS!
What planet is this?
Earth
Why I fear getting the vaccine
1:25 Me: *While chewing on a carrot like Bugs Bunny* Can you imagine anyone acting like that? You know, I think the poor guy's screwy..... *Walks off playing "The Girl I Left Behind Me" on my carrot like a fife*
Kinda like Telli Savalas in the Dirty Dozen flicker.
Mr. Spocks vulcan pinch on mccoy
Bones wouldn't put up with this Corona Virus BS
Damn It Covid BS 😆
Clearly, he would pass out cough drops and tell everybody to take off their damnable face diapers.
Bullshit, he'd be the first to advocate vaccination. You conservative morons live in a dream world.
Is bones insane
What episode is this?
"The City On The Edge Of Forever." Written by Harlan Ellison. Considered by many to be the best episode of the original TV series.
The final line by Kirk can be a tear jerker.
Joan Collins looks so beautiful!
1:22 reminds me of the "Top Gun: Maverick" scene where he says, "where am I?" after the crash.

MURDERERS!
Is bones insane
It makes more sense in the context of the episode. Basically, he was administering a dose of cordrazine to help a fellow crewmate, but then the ship rocked and he ended up overdosing himself on the stuff, which caused him to act crazy until it wore off.
