She, Wolbach is the goddess of violence and sloth. She was separated into two parts and sealed. Current Wolbach has the sloth part while violence is a fierce beast. But that beast was out of control, so Wolbach destroyed it and drained most of it's power. What remained of violence turned into chomusuke.
