Yeah, none of those verses say anything about not following the church be cause we're already perfect. There is nothing in Christianity about that. It's very false. Why would early Christians risk getting killed to go to church? You obviously aren't very well informed and are making an uneducated guess about what you think the bible says. Check again.
And I'm a Christian because I got baptized
Baptism is only a picture of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. Being baptized isn’t actually what makes anyone a Christian. It’s a public display of obedience one does after accepting Christ’s death as payment for your own sins. It’s just water. Accepting the blood of Jesus is what saves us.
I’m truly not trying to nitpick. However when it comes to salvation, I think it’s best to accurate and clear. God bless.

Roman, I agree with Cabbages. You are a Christian when you believe in Christ as your Savior, that He died for your sins. You get baptized to make a public declaration of your belief in Jesus. To become a Christian you must pray and tell Jesus that you believe in Him. I think you already believe but I'm not sure you have told God that. I became a Christian when I was 6, baptized at 16, and was born again at 20. I am now 46.

Unfortunately, though, you aren't actually correct. To become Christian you do have to be baptized. That's not coming from me that's what the bible says.
@@diamondnightsmusic what's so confusing is that there are so many theological thoughts, backgrounds, and beliefs, denominations, rituals, and such. Even baptism, adult versus infant. I was raised in a denomination that practices adult baptism, and I now am a member of one that practices infant baptism. Is one better than the other? That's up for debate (and usually is). I personally try to keep things simple. John 3:16, is as cut and dried as possible. If you take the entire Bible and boil it down to one sentence, that would be it, in my opinion. And it just says believe. But really, as long as you have both, belief and baptism, that's really all you need, right? Also consider that the thief next to Jesus on the cross, who Jesus forgave, he wasn't baptized, obviously. He believed, and was taken up to heaven that day. Many people find a belief in Jesus as their Savior on their deathbed. Baptism is important, yes. Is it necessary? Maybe not. Should it be done? Yes. When should it be done? When the opportunity exists, I suppose, infant or adult.
