No, no, you have OCC and WCC mixed up. Jesse created choppers and was the lead builder and designer on Monster Garage. Paul Jr and Paul Sr and Vinnie were OCC who created the police, fire, black widow bikes.
Don't mix them up around fans of the shows. Jesse James and Both Paul's went head to head in a build off years ago and they don't really get along and the fan bases don't really either. So hopefully with that info I'm saving you some heat later from angry gear heads haha. I'm a fan of both though, however I'm more of a fan of the original OCC than West Coast.
