I see people already pointed it out, and yes, crop exhibition wants you to leave fully grown crops in the soil. I got that boost today and definitely did not realize it right away, it isn't exactly clear
Crop exhibition gives you 100 every day that you have a fully grown plant. So you get the money at the END of the day if you have fully grown plants in the ground.
you can destroy your buoldings to get some stone for the mine back the mine is definitely required, as you won't have much metals stone and coal otherwise

Word on the street is that you can get stone by unlocking coal in the shop. Don't blame me if it's not true though.
