Just wanted to say you've been a big inspiration for me to really learn Kiri and play comp again since season 4. Was around masters 2 back then on support and managed to somehow get to grandmaster 4 the other day!
I been having terrible games. It's either real bots in my team or in other team, tank who throw, tank who overextends, bad dps who does nothing, support that goes dps, while their team has good tank, dps & support.
My games have been getting better. my aim has been improving and I think I have to get better at timing my suzu and step to escape situations. But other than that I really excited to continue improving all thanks to you. Thank you so much for being an inspiration!
Season 7 and 8 has been a rollercoaster, worked myself up from bronze 5 to plat 1, down to bronze 3 in season 7, then up to diamond 4 in season 8, but now I am silver 1 as support, solo que, I could blame matchmaking or team, but after 300hrs on Kiriko I evidently haven`t improved at all…
bro you’re not the only one.. I also be solo queuing but im on console and hard stuck gold, i have 6-700 hours on kiri.. i even be out healing and still be losing. every game its either a dps/tank diff, its like once you lose 1 game the matchmaking will continue to make you lose
Wow, what a roller coaster indeed! Btw, if you are losing a lot of games at once, it is better to take a break and come back with a rested mind. It really helped me in my Overwatch experience!
Nah bro it's definitely the matchmaking. At the very beginning of the season I went on a giant loss streak, dps or tank every single game had the lowest kills and dps. Went 4-14 and finally got a game that I won, I got gold 4 and been harstuck gold 2-3 ever since

Watching so much Naruto again "Believe it!" I know this might just be one small window of a sneak peak at levels of play I struggle to contend with. Im on a controller this last year and it used to be even getting 1 kill was somehow big for me. After only owning PC before. A lot of words to maybe just say happy for growth. And would like to focus on how I can be more calm in the heat of things. Thats sort of a personality issue though. Not just an in game goal. On the other hand grateful to feel passionate about something. When it feels rare to allow it. Rigidity is miserable. TLDR: YOU Monster! LeAve Lifeweaver alone!
I just got enough points to get my gold weapons on Kiriko and somehow I feel like it's made me better?! LOL Prob a placebo affect but I have also been watching your content a lot and picked up a few things here and there ^.^

The tanks or dps I was getting seemed so confused on what they were doing. I did the best with heals combined with the other healer and the enemy’s. Everyday I’m playing comp and there doesn’t seem to be any progress in getting back to gold. Hoping the game changes the ranking system soon ;-;

If you have a good aim then definitely go for kills, but if you think you can’t kill, then heal/save teammates and do dmg in between healing ☺️
