Mar.6th: Happy birthday Stage-Television Comedian Louis Francis Cristillo / Lou Costello (1906-1959) Thank you and God bless. RIP. Thanks for the upload, Hooda Tai. Classic. Blessings
The guy who spins the roulette wheel is Joe Kirk (real name Ignazio Curcuruto), the same actor who played Mr. Bacciagaluppe in several Abbot and Costello Show episodes!
So true , marketing and everything is doing this , car makers ect.. consumers are getting ripped off daily, cars are rusting and failing inspections bcuz metal is lots thinner than yester years, ect... and they're even charging more including the inflammations ect.. ect...
Right. I had seen them do the money routine before somewhere else, but didn't know where it came from so I was asking which movie this was since they probably did it here before doing it on TV.
DID YOU KNOW, THAT COSTELLO WAS AN EXTRA FOR HIS COMEDY HEROES, LAUREL AND HARDY, IN THEIR EARLY SILENT (AND BRILLIANTLY FUNNY!) "BATTLE OF THE CENTURY"? IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH - AND DON'T BLINK - YOU CAN SPOT HIM IN HIS CLOSE-UP, AMONG 500 OTHER EXTRAS! READ ALL ABOUT THEN - AND EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED BEFORE STAN LAUREL MET OLIVER HARDY, IN "ARTHUR AND NORVELLE: THE FORGOTTEN AND REAL LEGEND OF LAUREL AND HARDY", JUST OUT, EXCLUSIVE TO AMAZON!
It was part of the Act though......Abbot was the straight man, his job was to be the guy who tries to be serious about the jokes. Costello was the Comedic every guy, he was to be the funny comedic aspect bouncing of Abbot. This is why they worked so well together.
(joke) who the heck is abbott and costello, are they the guys that run the government, because if they are the whole 13 into 28 7 times makes a whole lot more sense to me now...
soslothful: It does not promote cheating, the casino is cheating and they square it back up. And gambling in and of itself is not necessarily a sinful activity, I mean how did they chose things in the Old Testament, casting lots, which is a form of gambling.
When Costello's being funny with the money at the beginning, you can see some of the background people looking back and smiling/laughing.
"That doesn't look nice chewing that in that suit." "I'm chewing it in my mouth!" lollll
As a kid I always thought he said "I'm chewing my mouth" xD
"what kind of a ball is that?"
"It's got the hee-cups!"
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
These two are legends!
ManofMystery89 Yes they are. Love them☺😊
You rig the games, the players will rig you back!

ah the true classic Kings of Comedy, just are....

The girl standing opposite them is sooooo pretty!
To this day, my sister and I always quote 33 WE WIN!
For some reason, I agree with the description.
Beyond great. (The rouette man is Lou's real life brother-in-law.)
So simpel, yet so funny!!!
To cute ...
Love it!!! ❤️

Classic comedy.
Reminds of the 3 Stooges
Right. I had seen them do the money routine before somewhere else, but didn't know where it came from so I was asking which movie this was since they probably did it here before doing it on TV.
lol, that guy had it coming
Its one of their bits.
And that is how you beat a fixed roulette game.
that's how they do it in Atlantic City
The guy who spins the roulette wheel was Lou Costello's brother-in-law
That's how it should be played

Casinos don't need to cheat. The odds are so much in their favor it wouldn't make sense to bother.
HA. thats what he gets for trying to cheat them lol
We'll play the same number, I'll play 20 and you play 20 too.
How can we do that?
Holy shit. That has gone over my head for years until reading it. I always took it as “I’ll play 20 you play 22.” Good play on words there.
lol i think im the only 14 year old out there watching this for fun xDD hahaha idk why but i think they as soooooo funny x)
...right, I'm just going to go ahead and assume you can't read because HoodaTai's reply to my original comment gives the name of the movie.
That guy hitting leu needed his jaw jacked and leu was a golden gloves boxer he could have done it lol

@@Ami-vh7sr im well aware of all of that. It was meant as a joke.
Casinos now do the EXACT same thing. Only difference is, they do it discretely. But the concept is the same
They do not. But count your winnings - they do not always pay out correctly.
Tad repetitive the misunderstanding with 20-22, same as alot of other clips in some variation.
What movie is this from?
2:56....Soooo funny!
@Veggieman87 Naughty Nineties!
Is this from a movie or their TV show?
This is from the movie, "The Naughty Nineties."
Abbot and Castello! they arent in a movie! their major comedians! obviously way before your time...
Abbott & Costello arent in a movie?? As far as I know they made around 50 movies together lol.... apart from the Abbot & Costello show
Why are you yelling?
G'BYE!
(joke) who the heck is abbott and costello, are they the guys that run the government, because if they are the whole 13 into 28 7 times makes a whole lot more sense to me now...
That doesn't even make sense.
This sketch promotes gambling and cheating, two sinful activities.
that is why god doesn't exist, he hates fun and humans love fun.
great observation
Your conclusion dose not follow from your premise.
It does not it just shows that you get what put in.
