He runs a worldwide organization that provides food to refugees and war zones, like ukraine... you know... the place where this guy was deployed to, do you get it yet? It's not a conspiracy - he was probably in Ukraine feeding some troops and the guy said "hey you're that famous chef I saw on TV can I get a picture with you" and then he smiled and pointed at him like can you believe I'm standing next to him! But you guys are probably right - he was probably the CIA operative that assigned him to be the assassin, you guys got it all figured out, you're obviously the smartest ones on the planet it's just everybody else doesn't know it yet.
