Good luck getting one now that China is shut down. Just ordered a Wheels Manufraction threaded press-fit BB. Made in the USA and easier and fast to get. With better bearings.

Have you guys got one to fit a frame bb size of ( width ) 89.5 Diameter 46 mm ........??? It’s a bloody mind field and any help would be a massively appreciated 👍🏼👍🏼
It looks like the BB bearings will have to be slightly smaller than stock to fit inside the unit and therefore using non-standard size (i.e. not 37x24x7). What size bearings are used and are these bearings readily available for purchase or do they have to be purchased from Token only?
Hi Methodical2, The bearings are in the BB cups. So we just need to make the cups slightly smaller, but still keep the standard bearings such as 37*24*7 or 42*30*7.
@@canbearhuang I purchased and installed the BB3724 (BB90). Three questions. 1. Do I still need to use the waver washer and rubber seal on the drive side and rubber seal on the non drive side? 2. The instructions says to install the side covers and on the side covers it says to torque the spindle to 25-30nm, but Sram requires 47-54nm for the Red crank. Which torque rating do I use? Can you please clarify? Thanks...
@@canbearhuang Hi Jack! Do I need a retaining compound such as lactite 648 to make it sit inside the frame securely as I wood with some standard press fit BBs?
Hi George. Thanks for reaching out to us. Please can I put you in touch with Tony at service@tokenproducts.com to assist you with this query? Please provide your email address if this is easiest. Tony can verify all your bike specifications and confirm the correct BB for your needs: frame + crank, he might ask for pictures of your set up. Alex from Token
john skourlis For PF30 & BB386 frame, 46mm frame ID, please choose TF4630. For 42mm (BB30) or 41mm (BB86) frame, so far we only offer press fit BB. (Jack)
Good afternoon, I would like a response from the head office. It's from Brazil here. Translated by Google. I bought a botton Bracket ninja tiramic (TF24-TBT) after watching a RUclips video on a cycling channel. How to differentiate the TIRAMIC model from the PREMIUM model. The label of the part is only TF24, already in the box has a TBT tiramic label. How to know if the piece is really from that box? According to the seller the two come with the same label. I think TOKEN would have to discriminate with identification engraved on the parts and not provide identical stickers to the parts that have quality and superior price of those that have quality and lower price. There should be color standards on bearings, seals, caps, etc. I request information urgently as I have a short time to return it if it is the case. I was dissatisfied as a consumer. The product is expensive and caused me insecurity. For special care special parts! = Satisfied customers!
Marco Aurélio Hi Marco, this is Jack from Token. Thank you for choosing Token. The Tiramic bearing is with Titanium coating on the races, so the bearing color is gold. For more details, you're welcome to email me jack@tokenproducts.com.
