Wild! My birthday is in Sept too and I had the same crisis when I hit 27. Def took me for a wild ride. Haha
Glad I stumbled upon this! I’m undergoing a similar process, and something I recently learned is that it is an ever-evolving, life-long process. It’s important to reflect with introspection, but to always celebrate the little wins. I listened to a great Ted talk the other day, and a quote that stuck with me is along the lines of, “many people choose to live life by default; very few choose to live by design.” This is SO important to realize. Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE that! It's really easy to fall into default mode and forget that we actually have the power to create our lives into something beyond what we could ever imagine. It is a life long process and always surprises me how many layers there are.
