I still have the TV video of House of the Month. So very sad to see this.

Because the house would have been in escrow, so they technically bought it but they have to wait for the finance to be approved before it's final. So they had an open house and other offers in line in case their sale fell through
The house is INCREDIBLE. Sure, there's a bit of work to do. -- But the bare bones of it all is absolutely stunning. I can't wait to see what you guys do! The garden and driveway is stellar too! I bet you guys could also pull off an atrium of some sort. The natural light throughout the house is amazing!! 🔥Congratulations!!

Congrats Guys. You will do an amazing job on the Reno’s! Lucky you are in QLD it’s so much easier to secure a house where there is a bit of interest in QLD compared to other states. Just a thought if you do any more properties in the future maybe keep it to yourself for a bit longer or work with an agent to buy something off market that the details aren’t all over the internet. From the first day you posted about looking at the house on your IG story and showed the Real Estate Agents business card it was very easy to track down due to how distinctive this house is.
