If they can't use the Peter Parker Spider-Man, there is a HUGE number of other Spider-People they can use instead. People showed up for Miles, they'll show up for others.

I don't think our girl Dakota intentionally chooses dry-ass roles, but rather her acting skills are...
But if she keeps picking dry ass roles, she has no opportunity to give a good performance (especially since she looked so done/embarrassed with the film overall in the interviews). I think her agents keep giving her shit to work with/she's been typecast.

And el muerto was confirmed 2 months ago so no release date
And they already released the trailer to Kraven the Hunter is coming out this August

I’m sorry but
1) the villain was so unconvincing…the line deliveries didn’t hit and he was not scary at all. He also kept telling us way too much info like?? Are you a Disney villain? “I stole those cameras so you need to use them better”? That line had me cringing so hard. We get it. You just explained she has access to all the cameras in the city and that NOT EVEN the police have those cameras 🙄 Overall, there was so much doubling down with the dialogue…nobody talks like this!!
2) This movie gives prequel energy, which would’ve been fine if this movie was actually part of a series prior to this. The whole point of creating prequels AFTER having an existing series, is because people actually care about the characters and want to see their origins. I feel like they should’ve just given us a regular movie picking up from her being blind. We could get to know the girls more and watch as they actually learn how to be superheroes. Because what was the point of us only seeing snippets of them in their costumes?
3) I don’t mind Dakota’s acting too much because depending on the character she’s playing, it works. But the writing was NOT giving in this movie so I can understand if the motivation to give it her all wasn’t there

Anne Hathaway would've been cooler as Webb problems would've made it a lil funnier too. This could've been do much cooler as a movie mystery and having to solve it while learning her powers and the girls powers

There was so many things bad about this movie!! The pacing of how the actors were talking in the movie was so slow like HURRY UP!!! Also the bad guy voice dubbing never match with what he was saying did anyone else catch that? Especially when his back was facing the camera. It was a hot mess feel bad for the actors like they didn't care to promote the movie lol
