MZ was a great DLC, shame there was no alternate ending (a-la silent hill hilarity) where it says something like "and so the lone wanderer decided that there was more to life than just the blue planet he called home and decided to explore the cosmos with his ragtag band of companions...". I guess for my character i can imagine that's what happened...
That would've been a great ending. You travel through the pit venture point lookout take a step through pre war anchorage during the sino American war activate project purity and defeat the enclave.. Then what do you do after you've defeated all the evils of the post atomic Earth? You fly away in your captured flying saucer to fight for justice across the lawless galaxy of the 23rd century.
I agree with you, the ending would've been better if the Lone Wanderer traves the Galaxy and finds life on planets or find the origin of the Zeta aliens
Just the atmosphere and the theming of the music alone is amazing, just such a cool slice of retro future sci-fi that you literally can't get anywhere else

I don't think they're necessarily hostile, morso curious and going about it the wrong way.
