Pilates Resistance Band | 30 Min Full Body Workout

  • Join me for a 30 minute full body resistance band workout to tone and strengthen all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body as well as improve your core strength. It'll tone the arms, shoulders, legs, hips, glutes and thighs and give you a full body pilates workout in one standing session. This will challenge your balance, improve your posture and boost the endorphins too - all in just 30 minutes. Taught live so you can do it along with me. ❤️

    That was fantastic! I was searching for a Pilates band workout and after lots of unrelated sites I found you! Love your dance background. I appreciate your balance wobbles it was a pleasant change so yes, please leave them in…we’re not perfect and it’s ok!❤

    I really enjoyed this workout Rachel, wasn't able to join in live session , just completed this evening. I feel like I have really done a workout today, did a five mile walk as well ! A little challenging on the balance at times, I don't mind that you loose your balance at times, mine varies from each session. Thank you, you really are a great teacher and thank you for the links you included on my last comment shoulder strengthening and push ups.

    I'm 33 and you came up in my recommended! Really enjoy the standing balance exercises and want to keep doing them to improve as my left leg is not as stable as my right.

    I just finished the workout this morning. I liked working out with the band, and as many others I need to continue working on my balance.I definitely don’t mind when you lose your balance because it tells me I just have to keeping practising just as you do. 😊 I love your channel. ❤

    Loved this class. I am a fitness instructor and I have to work on my balance as well. Hyperflexible ankles don't help... lol. Everyone at some time or other has challenges. If we think we have to be "perfect" in order to work out, then no one would work out. Perfectionism is not our friend. :-)

    I missed this when originally posted, i think I was ill, so this my first time doing it. Not a great one for me personally, due to balance issues and ataxia. I can see it would be really great practice for people with both balance nerves! I had to keep a hand on a table for some bits, skip others, but that’s just me. Great practice for most people!😊❤

    Did this Wednesday morning as I work Mondays and Tuesdays. I do walk there & back (about 5 miles) so that’s my early week exercise. This was excellent .. I need to do more of this😄.

    I think this is the first time I have done this Rachel, loved it. I kept thinking wow how many more of those roll downs lol. I loved the arm exercise at the end x10 behind your back, they were great. Added this session to my favourite pilates list.     Hi Rachel. Thank you for another fabulous workout BUT was this supposed to be for seniors? I found it very challenging and I will try it again and hope my muscles will strengthen! I do hope so as I am nearly 74 - use it or lose it - as they say. Thank you for all your sessions. You are the best!
