One demographic I think you may have missed, in those earning over $100,000/year are tradespersons. I am on the management side in construction, and for example an Operating Engineer (someone who runs an excavator, crane, etc.) in the SF Bay Area earns approximately $53/hr (that's their wage, it doesn't include fringes, pension fund contributions, etc.). I will concede this work can be seasonal and cyclical, but the best hands are easily working 2,400+ hours a year. Pipeline welders, when properly equipped with their own rig, consumables, etc., the BOTTOM of the wage scale is about $100/hr. In some areas where fuel oil pipelines are being installed, those guys can see well over $250,000/year. Don't get me started on electricians or carpenters. Point is, there are a lot of opportunities in the trades which seem to go unnoticed by a lot of people. Yes, it is very, very hard work, and there are sacrifices, but generally the compensation reflects that.
Do not sleep on the trades. I got out of the marines and made 6 figures on the side my first year out. I work my normal job still and go to school in the spring. Yes I barely have any free time but u make time to decompress. Hard work beats talent any day of the week.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured some money in value stocks and digital assets,i accrued over $80K in dividends last year

Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.
Certainly not, as I've meticulously monitored the performance of my portfolio and observed an impressive growth of $482,000 in just the last two quarters. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into the strategies that seasoned traders use to achieve substantial gains, even in markets that may seem erratic. Undeniably, it's been a courageous and gratifying decision I made relatively recently.
"Margaret Johnson Arndt" serves as my advisor, bringing extensive qualifications and experience in the financial market. Her deep understanding of portfolio diversity positions her as an industry expert. I suggest delving into her credentials for further insight. If you got a dream, strategically position yourself to chase it. If you have a struggle, face it with the calculated tactics of proper positioning. Got no money? Make it, but not just for the sake of it; build a system that navigates change. Do the hard work and embrace it, for in the crucible of growth, success is forged. Do the hard shit, even if you hate it, for the journey of positioning and growth demands it. And in the end... You'll make it, architect of your destiny, weaving dreams into the fabric of strategic progress.
Unless you have a saving account that earns interest saving is useless, but I do agree on the budgeting, even rich people budget just at a higher degree
Just starting out here, definitely some helpful tips. Was pausing after each question for a few minutes to really think into it. Can definitely use this towards other ideas as well. Great video bud, enjoyed the editing as well.
I am glad you are sharing REAL information instead of glittering generalities. I get so tired of wealthy people either saying "I got rich using other people's money" then revealing that what they mean is they had rich friends that invested in them or knew a banker. Or reveal that their actual passive income stream is getting people to pay them $1800 per year to gain access to their passive income tools and techniques.

Excellent advice. Someone pitched me a business idea for software I'd love to use, but when I broke down the numbers for them, their target market was simply too small to be viable at a reasonable price point. It's far better to find this out in the planning phase than after you've started to build or deliver the service.

I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 58, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Why do people listen to people like this? HIs advice, if truly earned, only works in the context in which it was learned. Most times these lessons don't translate because the situation, people, goal, necessities, so on are all different. This isn't even factoring in the most important factor, luck. His history is wall street, not some hard hustling millionaire who knows how to build business after business with only a dollar in his pocket. He had money to goto school, he had money at his job, he had money when he turned entrepreneur and he had money when he started his youtube. He was never a low down upstart trying to make bread. Watch his interviews, he admits it. Lets not foreget all the bots in his youtube, same for Stephan graham and almost every other "financial youtuber" out there. Their accounts are FILLED with bot accounts pumping their views.
I agree. This guy is totally out of contact with what the average Joe is dealing with now days. I think he's actually just quoting what other RUclipsrs have said.
Bro I'm so happy you're putting this content out. Everything is gold. This content is the popular stuff that has been highlighted by other books and business leaders for the last 30 years or so. Especially the leadership aspect. I really like how you've made it palatable for early business starters. Also I like how you didn't focus on using too much jargon and buzzwords, love it! Keep up the great work. 👍
Guys like Grant Cordone and the other bait and switch marketing bros are angry and clenching their fists that this guy is giving people actually helpful information lol
Do you have another RUclips channel? I’ve seen you somewhere before and the way you work your face comes off as extremely professional and sophisticated
I’m a new subscriber. Immediately after watching your content, I strongly believe that you have the only finance and business channel that directly talks to the viewer. I feel like I can actually do more with my life thanks to your videos. Definitely appreciate it
You content is so good. Thank you for educating those of us who really want to know, but don't have the resources/background, or even know where to start. Much respect.
There’s nothing wrong with sales as long as you’re selling something you can develop or have developed a passion for. I’m paying my way through college and law school selling antique rugs (Navajo, Persian, Scandinavian, etc.). It’s not a massive income at the moment, but that’s really not possible with my course load. I’d easily make 200k a year if it was a full time gig.
This is in no way a “How to” on anything rather a rear and guide into a business with some basic tips. I would love a break down on a business model with steps as if you are showing your past self exactly HOW to do it and not just “Hey, you can do this” without showing how to ACTUALLY do it. To stop the rebuttal, yes some things explain themselves. But, the 95% of the rest of the picture that needs step by step break downs to actually make someone successful… seems to always be missing. Why is that? The problem is too much coaching and not enough teaching and pulling back the curtains and actually showing how things work within the business model selected. And to anyone again wanting to rebuttal… did this video help you actually make $10,000 a month? Could you take this info and truly make $10,000 with just this info alone? It’s always a misleading title with a waste of time at the end of the day. Smh, what’s the point of sharing this information other than giving someone tips who doesn’t have the tools to use them. You’re talking about hiring people. If people are here to learn how to make money then WE AREN’T no where near hiring people. Just a bunch of floating steps out of reach.
Would anyone watch his channel if they were busy making 10K per month. I don't think the creator themselves want people making it because that would mean they don't get views, subscribers, nor watch time.
What about blue collar tradesman? Lots of electricians, fitters, plumbers etc. Making well into 6 figures. Also they are becoming more valuable everyday as boomers retire.
It's not the retirement that's driving rates is the lack of new tradespeople since 08. You can't train up construction workers in a year or two. My roofer came out with his main helper and did a room for me, labor only. I tipped them a few hundred and ran the rate per man hour. They made $170 an hour over 2.25 days of work.
Forgot to add the real-estate/classic auto restorer guy. They make six figures, but work at least 60 hours a week. Or the guy that takes an easy and simple business idea and up charge it in rich neighborhoods. Rich people like to brag about how much they paid for something.
You dont know the actual rich people. I worked on top tier houses for 20 years. You have to be the best at what you do and run a good business to own that market.
A lot of schools have their education on RUclips and for free with Edx. Harvard, mit, etc. And we get your expertise as well. No reason to not be burning yourself out to get better…. Lol Mr Crown, you’re the freakin man! A man to look up to. Thanks! Also, do you have any tech companies that help bring apps and ideas to life? I know you probably hear this a lot but I have a great idea for a new app. I’ve seen the model but not this specific idea. Any advice?
As someone who lives in Ohio, it's nearly impossible to make 100k without a degree and you'll even less of a chance to even break into, let alone make 100k+, the tech industry without a degree.

@anthonyhess4015 great question! basically I restor a car to like new condition from the convenience of my clients home ore office. I take all my supplies and tools to clean and protect a vehicle. I have some other services like polishing, headlight restoration and even semi permanent forms of protection like ceramic coating
@@sandiashinecollc2665 What are you charging for the service? Are you targeting the general public or those with more money? I don’t know your business but I imagine if you leverage your success into working on some fancier cars (or wealthier communities) you might be able to raise your price, and if you do well detailing these cars you might get a lot of good recommendations/ repeat buyers
You’ll always have an upper limit based on your personal labor times a market rate. Low barrier to entry, there will always be someone undercutting you. I think wrap and ceramic are the big ticket services, maybe concentrate on that.
Start a RUclips channel teaching people how to do it 😂😂 what a joke. Do work that people need. There’s a shortage of blue collar workers and most plumbers and electricians make way more than people with degrees
What is your tips for a classical pianist trying to make it as a teacher privately? I know some good ways to potentially make money by selling out more long-term than now, but, I believe that I have great knowledge on pedagogy that is missing from universities, but, it's very hard work, and a bit abstract (yet I can make simplifications that don't take away from the essence).
Get tarot cards and scam people!
Okay so spending 16k on a cyber security course WAS a good investment.
Especially cause I started as a programmer.
You can do that online for free.
10:38 Dang.... that developer needs better glasses :D
Get rich quick!!😂
Are you related to Aaron Rodgers?
Man, that RoyalOak on the wrist is nice!
Needs 10K a month to make 10K no money lol
Would love a lead generation video to help get away from talent marketplaces
Guys like Grant Cordone and the other bait and switch marketing bros are angry and clenching their fists that this guy is giving people actually helpful information lol
Crown your a boss love your shorts been watching more of your videos in long form please keep em coming huge fan ❤
Much respect.
when the student is ready, the teacher appears.
this video is exactly what I needed right now… time to deep dive and take lots of notes.
To much talking
I'm so curious if I'm going to be able to able this to my real life and to my costume business I'm working on starting as we speak.
Fuking awesome video. Live love love this. How many lives will this single video change???? Nick u are genuinely a legend
She needs to mind her business. Strangers don't know the whole story behind.
Being your own video sponsor is such a flex, I love it

Let’s fucken go 💪
Wow #500.00 Title says 10,000 per month with no money If I had that kind of money I would but being poor puts a damper on that.
You don't have a laptop?
Do you live in Chicago..! I legit had no idea.
quickest way to making 100k a year is sadly the hardest which is sales. Solar, Cars, etc...
This was very informative!
I’m still trying to hear your old band

@@sparksmcgee6641 I'd say it's been going longer than 08, lack of new people as people leave.
You can make 12-15k Per month doing Uber Black/ Private clients if you know what your doing with 0 starting money.
Man, you gotta post a video how to do that. And tag me!
Exchanging your time for money is not freedom. This won't scale.
Prove it? Because unless you already have clients willing to pay that there's no way in hell.
@@mepizzasmangled Not sure if you understand how this works, But it will scale. You think I got to be driving an Escalade out of nowhere ?
@@R0FLC4T5 *looks at his escalade* ...... not sure how i can prove it to someone so ignorant.
@@sparksmcgee6641 If they aren't looking for the person who charges the most for their work, you haven't met real rich people.
You had me at potential
5:52 Oof...
I love u
🔥🔥🔥
Man the notifications are on point #early
❤
😘
Thank you for all that valuable advice
great video thank you
Feels out of touch for those of us that don't have the hardware already
Leaving a comment on this video proves you have the hardware necessary to start ;)
@ConfusedKev considering I can leave a comment on this video with an Amazon Kindle I don't think that's true
A lot of schools have their education on RUclips and for free with Edx. Harvard, mit, etc. And we get your expertise as well.
No reason to not be burning yourself out to get better…. Lol
Mr Crown, you’re the freakin man! A man to look up to.
Thanks!
Also, do you have any tech companies that help bring apps and ideas to life? I know you probably hear this a lot but I have a great idea for a new app. I’ve seen the model but not this specific idea. Any advice?
Btw, been working on learning programming and computer science to bring the app to life. But time is the only competition as of right now.
As someone who lives in Ohio, it's nearly impossible to make 100k without a degree and you'll even less of a chance to even break into, let alone make 100k+, the tech industry without a degree.
Yea i really dont think so
"nearly impossible" Stop making excuses and get to it if you want it so badly.
@@ConfusedKev it's not an excuse.. it just literally does not happen.
@@Nobody2day553 Yeah your totally right. Without advance education I could not even reach 40K plus..... All the no skill whatsoever jobs pay less than 40K in my local area.
So move.
Nick, I started my Mobile detailing business June 23. I'm up to $30k this year, mostly Q2 and Q3. Im still working alone. I feel like I'm losing because I don't understand something. My current focus is lead Gen rn. What's a mindset/belief I need to brake so I can stop feeling like crap?
What is mobile detailing??
@@anthonyhess4015basically he come to you to clean your car instead of you having to take the time to go clean it yourself
I want to help as many people as possible, but am curious on how to go about this.
online courses?
