This worked for me after it disabled my Audio and Internet drivers : in the search bar, type in System Configuration > Go to the Services tab > Select ‘Enable all’ again and then restart your computer.

The truth is that you have to find the source of the problem and fix it there. If you delete the entire operating system it will only make you more confused.
