It's because, no offense to vaank, there are people inside the animation department that can do a better job. They just don't do it. Besides, if vaank can use this as an opportunity for a content, riot can just forget about it. I'm pretty sure they have noticed vaank's work.
It’s also up to him to reach out. He knows the tools and understands the art. Business comes next. He could also rather enjoy just making these. Sometimes it’s not about the job. Which is why these look so great.

It's likely that these are painted on a single layer anyways
@@shameless5445 they are never painted on a single layer. If you made a mistake on a single layer you wouldn't be able to delete without destroying everything else

@@shameless5445 they use layers. You can watch how they make the Odyssey Skins when they put a mustache on Sona's face and the artist scream something like "I DID IT IN THE SAME LAYER"

Mateo Tierno yes but according to riot in 4 months they will release one adc and one supp champion.
@@chl4787 3 more champs are coming out this year. One for every role but there are 2 mid laners. Samira will be the ADC and Seraphine will be the AP mid laner. The support doesnt have a name yet but they will be the tankiest support in the game.
