Hi Kristyn, I have had post viral fatigue syndrome for two years, at it’s worst for the last 12 months. I found Ally a year ago when I was told to start doing yoga Nidra to help my recovery. It has been amazing and wonderful to find you about six weeks ago now to. I wondered can you do yoga nidra for organs or specific organs? I keep getting told how hard my liver is working and I just thought I’d reach out and ask about the possibility. Thank you so much. It’s amazing to do yoga Nidra with you and Ally every day ❤
Beautiful root chakra connection. First time for me feeling a deep earthly absorption . Polio left a physical disconnect imbalance between my right and left lower limbs. Yoga Nigra is most helpful and provides me with pain relief stemming from deep muscle, tissue and bone relaxation and letting go . So many thank yous sent your way Krystyn.

Hey Kristyn, I've been practicing with you daily for a couple of weeks, yoga nidra has been really transformative for me over the past 2 years, I haven't practiced this consistently for a while. I felt extremely weighted down after this practice, in a way that felt slightly edgy for me! I wonder if this is the magic of the root chakra, and that with your guidance I maybe allowed myself to drop in deeper than ever before. It was an interesting experience, to breath into this heaviness and tell my body it is safe, even when it felt slightly uncomfortable. I'd love to hear your take on this. In practice I often seem to meet an edge, where a part of me freaks out and goes into high alert suddenly. Thank you so much for all of these divine portals you have created for us! ❤

Yoga nidra truly is such a profound practice that can offer us the tools to develop a deep sense of resiliency to be able to take a step back, observe, and decide instead, which direction we wish our life to go. I do recommend exploring a yoga nidra to develop your Inner Resource or Inner Refuge (Asraya) (see link below), which can give you a strong foundation and a refuge to come back to any time those unhelpful thoughts or feeling tones surface. It has been a transformative tool for me in my life. Also, you can start to develop a specific intention (Sankulpa) that focuses your attention on what you do want and takes energy away from what you don't want (negative emotions). You could do a liver kidney cleanse. Coffee enemas help the liver too.
