Just an FYI dor incoming students, IRCC says that 1 year fees should be paid but it does not necessarily mean 3 terms. I and many of my classmates paid only 22 to 25 thousand dollars that equates to around 2 terms of fees. And we got our VISA. So, mail the Uni asking what they consider as 1 year, they will reply that they consider 2 terms as 1 year.
I think you need to correct some information on part time job and fees expenses. I heard it is not possible to pay fees by part time job, you can only earn 1000 to 2000 CAD max.
Would be great if you could conduct the same in English medium as it looks interesting. My daughter is keen to follow a Coputer Science program st DAL Thanks
You mentioned 'you have to' does it mean you don't want to do SDE? I would suggest to do something in which you have interest. Regarding 5 sem. I am assuming 5th one would be co-op so it should be good
Do we need to pay the first year fee before applying for visa the consultancy people are asking me to pay the fee. I have applied for masters in Internetworking. Can you please help me.
It depends on the course you want to take on is diploma bachelor or master. Universities usually have course inquiry section where you can submit any questions that you have and get the correct information here is for Dalhousie:
Hi..Thank you for this informative video, I am interested in OLCD-PGDP0001 - THE DALHOUSIE Post-Graduate Diploma Program for April 2024 intake, it will be a big help if someone can share information on if Dalhousie university accepts students with education gap of 10 years for their Pgdp courses? Thanks alot in advance
Hello Abida, Glad to hear that, video helped you. For applying PGDP if you have work experience in same field in that 10 year that would be beneficial. Universities usually have course inquiry section where you can submit any questions that you have and get the correct information here is for Dalhousie:
Yes. The program need to be at least 24 months to qualify for a three year work permit. And EE is very hard now. If the program is between 8-23 months, the length of work permit is the same as your program length
Yes that is right. As Mike mentioned if you have studied for say 16 months then you will be eligible for work permit for 16 months and if you did your study for 24 months or more than you are eligible for an Work Permit of 3 years.
If you are taking admission in university/college of nova scotia there are streams where you can apply for PR right after graduating in that case 16 months workpemit is good and they pretty much give work permit extension to every one. But I would still suggest to take 24 months of program as you never know when will they change the rules 😄
@@theDevanShpatelHello, you are wrong about the PR program after graduating, also please confirm with the person in your interview about the PGWP time, the PGWP after graduation is provided for 3 years and not 16 months as the program is considered as 2 years program and not 16 months due to not having any holidays.
