Take a look at jessie, her fans are not overly sensitive and she is witty so she is thriving in the entertainment shows. Stop blaming the crews especially the members about it, they can do so much about the guest. What can they do? It's all depend on the guests and them only. You want screentime? Work for it

And plus, they get to play with their volleyball teammates which would make it more comfortable interacting. What happened to this episode on the other hand was that the guest could not secure screentime by showing off their talents (Singing, dancing, etc.) because the theme and games of this episode was just soo random and doesn't fit with the guest, unlike with the volleyball team episodes. Yes, the guests also had some faults. They weren't funny or interesting enough, but it's hard to suddenly make yourself comfortable with running man members and the other guest, who you are also not close to. They lack variety show skills and they should definitely improve. The least that the staff could do is have them invite 1 person they're close with. A great example of this is to imagine you're at a party where you know no one, it's really awkward and uncomfortable, but it really isn't the same if you have 1 or more people with you. But this shouldn't scare the staff to not invite any guests. They should allow inexperienced guests to invite a friend (if they don't know the running man members or the other guest personally), or design the episode that would fit the guest who they're inviting.
