thats becoz at C two 1s are detected, if a third 1 is detected at C, that 1 will become the second 1 of the sequence, hence going back to B is correct

If it is 111, it should stay in C. You should always try to retain the bits.

Why u dont have stating state?? It should be 6 bubbles ,,like s0,s1,s2,s3,s4,s5 then ur reset should be s0 and u didn’t even indicate the output of ur state..then what are u trying to teach??u teaching the improper way...
