u didnt get all emeralds in sonic 1?welp i got 6 emeralds and it said that i got them all but i was missing one plus it didnt let me get the last one not even super

You do realise this mod's main enemy is Metal Sonic, from you know CD.
Balibali 418 Yes, but it has a different feeling than CD and a MUCH different pace.
@Alex McCulloch you can just go into the SFX folder for the mod and delete the CD sounds you don't like

I realize now that the flying battery of mania took a lot of mechanics from wing fortress

Wing Fortress Act 2 uses a beta version of the music, and I love the heck out of this mod.
I notice a lot of the beta music of Sonic 2 tends to be better. I mean I like the final Wing Fortress better, but the beta makes a good Act 2.

If you played the original Sonic 1, there is no 7th emerald. If you played the remake, there is, but it's through the no save mode.
