    This basic workout engages the core, including abdominal and back muscles, and enhances joint flexion in the shoulders, hips, and stifles. The raised poles improve body symmetry as horses balance and adjust their footfalls. Mentally, it's a great exercise, demanding focus and careful attention.
    For best results, go over the poles 3-5 times in each direction, 2-3 times a week.
